If you have minor issues and you are able to be seen by your primary or urgent care you would be well advised to do so for both your time and your money. If it's outside of those hours think hard about spending your time here. If you can wait with minor injuries until a first am appt elsewhere that is probably worth it. It's a shame - if this er was run half as well as our local urgent care it would be worth extra cost associated with hospital ers. I'm certainly grateful we have an er at all, but it's not a customer centric organization. Once care givers actually attended they were friendly and helpful.

The office staff are so friendly and efficient, that there is rarely more than a few people in the waiting room. All of our interactions have been positive, which we attribute to their competence, compassion, and the humane way everyone has worked with us. We have a pretty diverse set of health issues, and feel they have all been well addressed addressed by the staff. In particular, we enjoy Dr. Holcomb's relaxed demeanor and informal approach to our needs and concerns.
