Service was good they're kind and sweet however I didn't notice until I got home that it was only 10 roses I asked for a dozen white roses. This has never happened to me here I need to count the amount of roses to make sure it's a dozen . I also didn't notice until I got home that one of the roses was a bit defective I think that rose should've been replaced or they should've given me a heads up or a small discount for all I care. I recently had a disappointing experience with this flower shop. I ordered a beautiful bouquet for a special occasion, but when it arrived, the flowers looked dead and wilted. I was shocked, especially considering the expensive price I paid. They looked nothing like the pictures! Walked in and asked if they by chance had any lying around. Was told no but they'd knock one out if I was willing to wait around for 15 minutes. I ordered flowers for VALENTINES day . They deliver them the day before. I have no idea why they would think I wanted them delivered the dar before. ‍. Says a lot without saying alot. On top of that I ordered one ballon and was charged and given two. 156$ later and I get flowers delivered on the wrong day and charged for two ballon's instead of one. HORRIBLE AND EMBARRASSING! I ordered the Lilac Spray for $189 for a funeral. The florist told me that arrangement would arrive 1 hour before the service. When the arrangement was not there I called and they said they were sorry and that they had just noticed the arrangement was supposed to be there. The arrangement arrived 50 minutes late and they disrupted the entire service while they placed the arrangement and tried to fix their stand that was falling apart. On top of that, the arrangement was NOT the Lilac Spray and looked more like a 4th of July wreath arrangement. NOTHING like the Lilac Spray. When I called the following day the florist thought it was funny and said she would give me 10% off my next order. I would NEVER order from them again. When you try to support a small business, you get screwed. Your order never gets delivered because it's basically forgotten about and when the owner Geni tries to make it right the day after your order was supposed to be there she becomes angry when the customer questions what happened. How is it the customers fault their order did not get delivered? The customer still would like the order done but gets hung up on so no delivery. This would not of happen from a big company, the arrangement would of been delivered on the day promised, the Birthday of the recipient. read more
