Mullens helped men with bouquets that were needed for a funeral. The service was great and everything was delivered on time.

We ordered a bouquet through "Send Flowers" online & this florist is the business that created the Thanksgiving arrangement for delivery. It was supposed to be a centerpiece table arrangement of fall flowers with two candles. When we arrived and saw what was delivered, we were embarrassed. What was delivered was dry wilted flowers with clashing colors and one candle in a hurricane glass. Ugly, and definitely not what we ordered and paid for. We will never use "Send Flowers" or "Mullens flowers" again. Our special holiday is over, you cannot recapture the experience now. To request new flowers or a refunds will not reverse the disappointment we feel or the experience the recipients had when they received their ugly dried out arrangement. Do not buy your flowers here! They truly scam you! I called to check if they had pretty bouquets available. They said yes and that they are on special. I went and they were over $30 for like 4 roses in a vase. I then asked if they can create a bouquet. The lady agreed. What I asked was nothing what she did! What your order is NOT what you get. I ordered a sympathy wreath for a funeral and picked it out of their catalog they use to promote. Total was $190+. When I saw the flowers at the funeral I sent them too I was embarrassed. The arrangement was teeny tiny so small, there was no lilys as pictured in the catalog, and they were already wilting and dead. I do not recommend this place definitely overpriced for what they give you at the end. Don't be fooled by the pics on their website or that catalog they use. Mullen's has always been my favorite florist but with the ease of online ordering, I haven't been in a flower shop for over 10 years. I'm never happy with the delivery or flower arrangements when ordering online (not from Mullen's) Due to covid limiting the number of arrangements for my mom's funeral, I stopped into Mullen's to personally order flowers because I wanted beautiful flowers that would arrive on time. I ordered two arrangements, which arrived prior to the service and were absolutely beautiful. The cost was much less expensive than ordering from 1800flowers and the flowers were much prettier than the arrangements I have been ordering the past decade from other florists. I would definitely recommend ordering from Mullen's and I won't go anywhere else for flowers in the future. Ok so honestly it's really close to my house, the staff is nice but do occasionally mess up on pricing where they say one price then say it's actually more. It's actually really expensive here so I actually drive to Rialto which is a 15 mins drive instead of 5 min drive. read more

My grandpa passed away this new year 2023 and my grandma ordered some flowers to be delivered to the mortuary for his services. That never happened we had to pick up the flowers ourselves. This is just unacceptable! I have had flowers delivered from LA to our home town Fontana with no issue! But yet mullens can't deliver to the mortuary across the street??? I did not have the fortune of having my floral delivery handled by Mullens Flowers due to failure by (and only by) Teleflora.com, but received superb customer service from Mullens Flowers' representative, Tim. I am writing to review the quality experience I received via telephone. Thank you Tim for your kindness. I opted to process my order through Teleflora.com because of a coupon, but in the process of ordering, I specifically requested Mullens Flowers to be the florist handling the order. There were very high reviews online, and I felt confident that Mullens would do a superb job. Unfortunately, Teleflora failed to send the order to the customer selected florist. I will not be ordering through Teleflora again. That said, I called Mullens Flowers directly and Tim was extremely kind on the phone to explain the process and inform me that they had not received the order. On top of that, he volunteered to look into the issue and call me back with additional information that Teleflora would not share with me. He was very kind, easy to talk to (especially in my frazzled state) and shared that he would call me back as soon as he found out any information. Next time, I will be ordering direct on the phone with Tim from Mullens Flowers. I needed flowers sent to a dear friend who is located in Fontana (I am down in San Diego). This is the second time my boyfriend has had flowers delivered from this place and they could not find my house. We never have issues with delivery. The delivery driver called me and was extremely rude and frustrated about how she can't find my street. I swear this exact thing happened with the same driver last time. She keeps driving right past it when I clearly told her it's a cul de sac. Then finally I just had to walk all the way out to the main road because there was no hope of her finding it. Thought I'd give them a second chance but they failed me again. Never ordering from this place again. First incident happened a little over a year ago, they called me a couple of days before my order was set to deliver stating that they could not complete the order because they did not have the vase for one of the arrangements. After I worked it out with them to continue with the order I received another call from them stating they couldn't deliver because for some reason even though they had in the past they didn't cover the area for one of the addresses I set the delivery for. I had bought one arrangement for my Mom and another for my wife. Me being the patient extremely understanding person that I am, agreed to go pick them up. I showed up to pick up my order and I was treated like they were doing me a favor. They really lack customer service to say the least. On top of all the inconveniences, they never thought of refunding the $10 delivery charge for each of my orders. I had to ask for it back. I was given the credit but the attitude I got from the store owner/manager (I couldn't make out who he was nor did I care to figure it out, just know that he was of importance to the business because he was the only to be able to issue a credit) was like if I was a nuisance. The arrangements looked ok but slightly less than what the pictures demonstrated. I decided to keep them. Today I received an arrangement from them I ordered for my wife. Yes people I still ordered from them again after all that. Man am I disappointed. The order showed up late evening and it looked nothing like they advertise it, not even close. My wife had bought some flowers from Trader Joe's for her mother that put my order to shame. It was embarrassing! The worst part of it is that she paid only $16 for hers and I paid $75 for mine. I always pay for the upgrade too. When I found this place years ago they did ok and the prices were reasonable. This time around I paid a wire fee on top of the delivery fee. Never again! I had a bad experience with this florist fourteen years ago and walked out and have refused to go back. Today, as a last resort, I went back for the first time to make a purchase. They are majorly price gouging because of Mother's Day weekend. They've got a permanent sign posted outside stating that they sell flowers by the stem for 99 cents. I went in to purchase a dozen unwrapped white carnations and they charged me $22. When I asked about the sign outside they stated that it doesn't apply today.
