I decided to contact them for floral arrangements that I wanted for my father's funeral service. The owner, Tim, was extremely helpful and got straight to business. Going through the loss of a family member was already hard enough, and Tim made it easy to discuss what I wanted for the floral arrangement and was very direct in his responses to me, which I appreciated a lot in a moment where I was already thinking about so many other things. I had requested 2 custom sprays that worked with my budget and the final result was even better than I could imagine. They were able to deliver the flowers all the way to Colton Funeral Home in Colton, where my dad's service was being held. Additionally, the weekend staff at the flower shop and the delivery driver were also extremely nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend calling on the phone or going in person to customize your arrangement because they were very easy to work with. It is probably easier to call during the week rather than the weekend as I believe the owner is there during the week. Definitely would recommend and will use their services again in the future.

I called Hugo's Flower shop around noon, the kind lady on the phone was very nice and super helpful. She sent me a photo of the arrangement before the delivery to ensure I was happy with it. I am a server where else would I be besides serving the enamored masses. I received a call on my cell saying that I had a delivery to my door. Fam i won't lie I thought it was a prank call or spam so I paid it no mind. I went on to work my second job.
