He pointed out that I had limited movement in my foot, and ankle (from an old ankle fracture) that contributed to my hip, and low back pain. He prescribed some therapy that I continue to do on my own, which has my eliminated my back pain. On the days it flairs up, I know what exercises to do to alleviate it. There is a feeling that you get when you are in a great amount of pain that the staff here "gets it"! From the moment you walk through the front door you are greeted by the front end manager, Holly. She is not only professional but her kindness and caring is second to none. She is very sensitive to your needs. So important to any business having someone like her running the front end. Once you are sent back Ryan was the first Therpyist to evaluate me and started me with baby steps to get me out of the ten plus pain level I was in. Since breaking my back twice in my life and having several surgeries I am very protective of letting anyone touching my back. Example and lesson learned are that there are a lot of physical therapists out there and in several cases, I left being in worse shape then when I started. But, not here. I found Kyle (on Yelp) and enlisted him to help me continue my physical therapy while on vacation. He was really helpful in assessing my needs and designing a program for strengthening my legs and continuing to improve the range of motion in my knee. He also helped me to address other issues with my hip which were complicating the recovery of my knee. He's really knowledgable and has a great demeanor, and I'd recommend him to anyone.

Deborah Mitchell is an amazing physical therapist and has helped me tremendously. I've seen…read moredifferent PTs through the years for a complex issue and Deborah started to treat me after I had plateaued with other therapists. Deborah treats patients one-on-one without interruptions and uses a mix of traditional and hands on, manual therapies, including myofascial release. From a sprained ankle to complex issues, I would recommend Deborah 100%. In addition to her professional knowledge and skills, she is also easy to work with and is great at explaining things and empowers the patient to help themselves.

I reminded the woman who made my appointment that she made my appointment, she said someone erased me from the book. I asked who was in charge and Dr. K came out and said that there was some confusion and wasn't sure what happened. She said I could come back at a latter time. I proceed to ask her what happened and told her I was unhappy she said I needed to leave. The gall to have an attitude and be bitchy that you challenged them and it is their screw up, unbelievable! Will go out of my way to let our whole community know to stay away from them.
