They said to come pick it up Wednesday, I get there and they act like they have amnesia, like they've never had my truck in the first place. I was in an accident and the insurance company sent me to them and I was pleasantly surprised. I thought I was going to be told what it was going to cost, but they had a rental car waiting and they where ready to get started on my car. I explained that I would not be able to pay for it until I got paid in two weeks, they said okay so we will take our time, and when I got paid I called them about getting my car and they said come get it whenever you want, I told them I would get it on my lunch and when I went to pick it up I almost didn't recognize my car, it looked brand new, it was amazing! The people are awesome, they completely understand that you had just had a stressful experience and they do everything they can to make this part of it the least stressful part. The day after Thanksgiving, my car was vandalized. Thankfully Geno's Auto Body has a Geico representative within their own offices, I have Geico. What I loved is that Geno's Auto Body was a one stop shop. From their offices I was able to deal with my car insurance, be picked up by Enterprise Rent a Car, and deal with my closest dealer Honda for parts. The facility is very nice. Not like many auto body shops that look like they do the car work in the waiting room. They offered a TV, magazines, coffee, tea, and water while I was waiting. I have a crazy schedule and needed my car fast and they were able to deal with my demands in a professional manner. Zero complaints about my experience here! Brought my Hyundai here on a referral for an inspection, after a minor accident left my front end smashed (hood, bumper, headlights, grill, ect). After merely looking at my vehicle they deemed it unsafe to drive. I did not have renters insurance and they were still gracious enough to allow me to use a loner car while my car was to be worked on. They handled the majority of the communication with my insurance. Everything was done in a timely manner and after a little over a week my car was returned good as new. Also, everyone who helped (mainly Michelle) was very pleasant and welcoming. read more

Got in an accident in the middle of January and Geico sent us to them! HORRIBLE IDEA! They over shot the repair completion date by 22 DAYS! Ordered the wrong parts, wouldn't give correct information and lied about when repairs were done/being done. At first correspondence they informed us that since they were unable to order my original head lights they were only going to replace the one needed with a stock headlight (THEY WERE PLANNING ON GIVING ME MY TRUCK BACK WITH 2 DIFFERENT LIGHTS IN IT). My husband finally showed up at the shop randomly to see the progress of the vehicle after they had it for over a MONTH! At which point Geico had maxed out the money they would pay for our rental and we had to fight with Geno's to get them to continue to pay for it since they were the ones who dropped the ball on Our repair. That day they lied to us about what had been done so theyhusband asked to see the truck and it wasn't nearly as finished as they stated it was, still had not been repainted or put back together. Told my husband that it would be done in 2 days when we FINALLY got it back it was another week and a half later! Not to mention it was drained of gas! Here we are having the vehicle back for less than a week and it WONT START! My husband who is a mechanic and I have dumped even more money into fixing whatever they have done to my truck! Upon looking at it farther my husband noticed my battery wires looked like someone just ripped them off (the only way the damage could be done to them that was wrong). I will NEVER recommend this shop to anyone looking to have their vehicle repaired. They did not quality check their work at all, also when given back my vehicle their was a loud squeak in my front end when the wheels were turned! They NEVER aligned it or checked my suspension for damage even though i had SEVER front end damage!!! UPDATE!!!!!! After looking at my truck I found SEVERAL spots where the PAINT was running down my doors and good that was dried!!! As well as my side paneling on my door that they painted CAME OFF! called to have it repaired under the warranty that both Geico and Geno's gives you for their work and it took 6 DAYS for them to call me back and give me a time that they could repair the damage, as well as the suspension damage they NEVER FIXED in the first place!!! WORST customer service and quality I've ever had done on any vehicle!!! read more

Gino's Auto Body have a crook working for them. I took my car to them to have some front end work done and they kept my car for 2 weeks. I went to pick it up the first time and my car was still shaking. Took it back a couple of days later because of the weekend holiday and they kept it for at least another week. Needless to say, I picked it up again in the evening time... Yes, the washed and cleaned the outside of my car but, I believe that this was a cover up to mask the fact that they stole and changed out my rear 295/30/20 P-Zero tires that I had just put on maybe a week prior to taken it to Gino's. When I got my car back the last time, I found out that my rear tires was slick and bald... not even the same tread pattern. Do yourself a favor.... Do not be fooled by the smooth talking and somewhat polite demeanor... it's all spit and polish. I'll never go back to this place ever, and I have warned all of my colleagues and friends on Facebook about this thieving bunch of Crooks!!! read more

Everyone at Genos was so helpful. I dropped off my car after being rearended. My car was ready in less than 2 days, and they kept me informed of my cars status with calls and texts. RUN STAY AWAY. This is the worst body shop I have ever dealt with. Took my car there as they where a preferred body shop with Geico. BIG MISTAKE EVER No communication what so ever with customers. Dropped of my car and called them 2 weeks after to check the status just to find out they have not started on it. After numerous calls and texts 5 weeks later my car was ready to be picked up. Picked up my car just to find out they lost my license plate, rim that was replaced was a different color, wheel lock and key was missing and my front winds shield was cracked. Took my vehicle back to have them correct the issues to be told they would take care of everything but the windshield as they can not say 100% if it was cracked there. If my windshield was not cracked when I dropped off the car and none of the photos that where sent to my insurance did not show a crack where else would it have came from? If you want a smooth transaction with no stress or headache I would not recommend them. If you want a stressful experience and want to be with out a car for over a month to have other things wrong with it when you get it back then by all means then go there. I would give this joke of a body shop zero stars if I could. read more

I do not regret dropping off my vehicle here. Besides the office being so beautiful looks like a spa. I was greeted very nicely by the front receptionists. They walked me out to my car explained the process. The owner Geno very handsome by the way was very friendly. Also explained to me the steps of the process. I would get text messages updates on the process of my repairs upon picking up the vehicle I got a phone call from the shop confirming the pick up. Geno himself lied to me and tried to claim we dropped our car off with no gas until he saw the photo taken when we dropped off our car. He also lied about firing a girl because she didn't call us back. Took two weeks, ordered wrong parts, blamed customer for delays, lied about following up and in the end it cost me another $600 plus to have a mechanic repair the damage they did to vehicle. I received several calls, one from Geno's confirming my appointment and one from Mayra Enterprise with a rental confirmation. Let me say it was a pleasure working with all of them. Someone hit my car so Geico insurance referred me here. This place called me early the next day. They were very professional. Their follow up was supreme. They were able to look at my car the very next day. Originally the repair days were 4 but it went into 5. It was ok with me since I was not the one paying the rental. They kept me updated every step of the way. They usually are not open weekends but they made an exception since another person had to pick up their car on Saturday. I think it was the owner who met me was a nice guy. It was a really cold and windy day so I just went inside and took the keys. They did not walk out and show me the repairs. I took pictures before and it was a bad scratch. My car was completely repaired but it was minor work. Since this is my second car sometimes I don't notice things. When I left a sensor was on. When I got home my boyfriend said it was not there before. My boyfriend called Monday morning and he took it in. They took care of the issue with in 5 minutes. I found it a little annoying that we had to take the car back. My boyfriend insisted on giving a five star since it was a small mistake that they forgot to turn on a sensor.
