My 2015 Hyundai Sonata. I hit a VERY LARGE raccoon on Friday. Called in to Geico they set up repairs for Monday morning, Enterprise car rental met me at Gino's. This Friday morning I picked up my car, dropped off the rental. And man oh man does my car look great! They replaced the whole bumper and grill every thing is brand-new the paint is a perfect match, no gaps. They even washed my car and put that shiny stuff on my tires! I couldn't be happier! I've even asked for the supervisors on two separate occasions and couldn't get in context with them because their front desk receptionist literally does not care & puts you on hold just to come back with NO INFORMATION what she is good at is apologizing for the inconvenience but that's it. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!!! I've never encountered a place where you ask for a supervisor and they can't transfer you?! *** UPDATE TO PREVIOUS REVIEW *** Shout out to Geno for basically telling us to f- off. Part of the damage that was repaired by Geno's was a fuel pump. Weather he outsourced it or did it in house, I don't know. I was not advised one way or the other just that he would "take care of it as long as I gave him a good Yelp review". Fast forward two years, now our truck will NOT pass smog due to problems with how the fuel pump was replaced. We reached out to Geno to get help to which he refused stating that there's no documentation about the fuel pump BUT that he gave us a Starbucks gift card and that we should be happy with that. What in the actual f-????? For REAL bro?!? I can't believe the absolute audacity! You begged to keep our business by replacing the fuel pump and NOW you are going to act like it never happened? left my vehicle in there due to damage when I checked in, a young man came out, started marking my truck up with a pen, telling me what they were going to fix and what they were not gonna fix not even known what particularly happened. The vehicle was left due to insurance purposes, after about two weeks, they called said vehicle was done,When I got there. It wasn't They glued the grill together charging the full amount of money and everything else. I said the vehicle was not covered. They parked the vehicle. under A tree sap was all over the vehicle they painted, inside the vehicle. There was tape on the window Inside was dirty papers left in there very dusty. The facility said bring it back which I did. They kept it again for a couple days. Nothing was done then tried to charge me for the Rent-A-Car and other things I would never do business with them again, and hopefully if people go there, they check before they do anything . very bad service. I wouldn't give any stars but if I didn't, they wouldn't let me post this zero stars. read more

Geno is a true old school professional. Something you don't see anymore. He and his Autobody team took excellent care of my Mercedes and when I picked it up, it looked better then when I purchased it from the dealer. Geno is passionate about the work his body shop performs and nothing leaves his facility with out his stamp of approval. But the best part of my experience was that he was more concerned with me - the customer - and my complete satisfied. He went above and beyond, especially being that Walnut Creek Mercedes made this experience much more difficult then it should have been. Through it all Geno has been the consummate professional. -Unfortunately, the person who does my auto detailing pointed out the terrible job this auto body did on the clear coat and buffing that is applied over the paint. You can see ripples in my paint where they didn't buff it correctly. I showed Mercedes of Walnut Creek the ripples and they confirmed what my detailing guy said. Funny thing is I pointed this out to Gino who said that that was normal and because I don't know anything about paint, I took his word for it. But worse yet is the paint is now chipping. I have a beautiful car with a horrible paint & buffing job. read more

They fixed my new car about 2 months ago and replaced the whole front including the windscreen. In less than 2 months, the new windscreen cracked internally without any object smashing it, which shows it must be defective. I took it there to complain. All they did was to argue that something must have smashed it despite that I told them nothing smashed it. I have never had my windshield cracked without cause, not even when I was driving old cars. This is a terrible service and use of inferior defect material without honoring the warranties. Beware before asking them to fix your car. read more

... Where do I begin...... THIS, BY FAR,WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH AN AUTO BODY SHOP!!!!!! March 25th 2023 is the day I was rear ended. My insurance told me Geno's was an option, so I tried them. Their location in Antioch is clean, and beautiful I might add, so initially I was excited about my car being fixed here.... Once my car was dropped off on the 27th of March, I received one phone call letting me know it was there... then silence. A couple weeks past, and I called and came in to figure out what was going on with my car. They had no answers.. The receptionist insured me the would do a better job at keeping me/and or my husband in the loop of what was going on with my car.. that never happened. I continued having to be the one reaching out asking what was going on with my car. There was another young man, which I found out name was Marco through my car insurance, I'm not sure what his title was, but he over looked the people fixing the cars?? I think.. He too assured me they would make more effort in contacting me .. Again, that NEVER happened. I was told by these people that my situation was an isolated incident, but In the mist of going there to figure out what was going on with my car, other customers were complaining about the same issues I was having!!! After a few weeks of coming in, asking about the car, a young man name Anthony explained that the old adjuster was fired, and there were over 30 files that he needed to do. He apologized that they let my case fall through the cracks and he assured me he would keep in contact and let me know updates and what was going on with the car. That never happened. I came in 4 weeks after this place having my car, and was told they had to get approval for more repairs because the first adjuster didn't send in all the things that needed to be fixed... So what have you guys been doing with my car for 4 weeks? And why didn't anyone call me and let me know? Why do I have to continue to be the one inquiring about my car? I honestly feel if I didn't continue to go there and ask about the status of my car, it would still be there!! I eventually get a call 5 weeks after my car been at this shop at their closing time to come get the car, so I did. But when it was time for me to take the car, it was blocked by rentals, so I left and came back later to pick my car up. It was a little after their closing time. Not even a block from their business my seat belt light came on even with my belt being buckled. I record it immediately and call them immediately about the issue. To make this very very very long story short, I bought the car back to this place their next day opened and explained the issues that still existed . Marco diagnosed the car and made an appointment with me stating it would take half a day to fix whatever issues he found as well as the seatbelt. Once the appointment date arrive, Anthony, which I found out was Marcos little brother, came out to greet me stating Marco could not come out. He begin to be a little agitated asking why was the car here? What are they suppose to fix? I was a bit confused being that their company was the one who set the appointment and told me it would take a half a day to fix. When I tried to have him get the gentleman I set the appointment with to come out and verified , he claimed he was busy. Later I found out he had no clients in his office and was not on the phone. I explained to Anthony the reasonings I thought I was told to bring the car in , and he would talk over me saying that isn't caused by the rear end accident.. he begin to get nasty, which took me over the edge. I've been patient with this company on fixing my car, which my car ran better before I bought it in than after.. and he's getting nasty with me after his company made this appointment?? I cancelled the appointment because at this point I don't trust they would do right by my car and didn't want to endure extra issues. I took it to my dealership got things fixed there. I would NEVER EVER EVER EVER take my car here!! Not even to rectify their mistakes!! There was so much more things that happened, but this review would be a book if I listed it all. My insurance company also told me they were getting a few complaints about them as well. I got my car back after May 1st, and my insurance covered only30 days for a rental. I owed 1.5 weeks for the rental. It was like pulling teeth to get this company to pay for the 1.5 weeks. They eventually did though. It was just bad all the way around. So do what you want with this info and be cautious if you do choose this company. I would suggest that if your going through your insurance to ask them feed back from other customers first, and if not ... I hope you don't have the experience that I had. read more

This is the place Geico sent us to. At first everything went smooth, they were very helpful. Then when we got the car back we started noticing things going wrong. They replaced the front bumper, headlight, and fixed dents along the right side of car. First thing to go wrong was headlight seemed off. We couldn't even see at night on that side. Light was fuzzy and turn signal was flashing fast and the daytime running lights wouldn't work. We took it back and they said they adjusted the headlight. Later we noticed it wasn't any better. My husband tried to adjust the lightbulb to find out they put a totally different light then it had before. So that would mean I'd have to buy 2 different sets of bulbs to replace them which is bull. This time I took it there, and the guy tried to tell me the fast signal light is due to the back turn light, but we've never had problem with that. I kept trying to explain that it all started after they fixed it. Then he tried to finish with me fast, so I kept asking what they were going to do with the headlight and he said they'd order a new one and call me when it came in which was almost 3 weeks ago. Then my husband called and complained to the lady on the phone which stated she would have the owner call him and that never happened. Now we're left with a messed up headlight, no daytime driving light, fast turn signal, the headlights lens looks like it peeling everywhere, and the bumper keeps popping out. They were suppose to return the car in the same condition before the accident , but they didn't do their job. read more
