My car was damaged after going through a car wash. It appeared as though the carwash solution was too strong and it left white stains all over the hood and other parts of the car. Note this is a new car. I was just distraught as the carwash company would not take responsibility for the damage and although I had a car warranty they did not want to take responsibility because it was damaged from the car wash. I took my car to Geno's auto body and Tim the manager took a look at my car and felt that he could buff the spots off with a good polish. I picked my car up today and it looks new again. Absolutely terrible decision of mines to take my car here. Starting with the overall lack of communication from the time my car was dropped off until my car being completed. I dropped my car off early May and as of the end of July everything has been resolved. For starters they removed my door- which caused technical issues such as resetting my seat adjustment ( had to take it to the dealership to be serviced) got the car back ( still not fixed even after being told they checked everything. I personally had to drive to the dealership myself and beg for them to reset the settings mind you geno said it was an update that was due on my car and supposedly wasn't linked to the accident. After the back and forth the dealership fixed it bc it was due to the accident! Geno's never took accountability for anything, each time I would ask what was this it was an excuse as to they're unsure just BS. Lastly my car came with emblems that was taken off due to the accident and getting a new paint job. The emblems were out of stock for 2 and a half months! I was called and took time off work to bc I received a call the emblems were in and could be placed on just for it to be a waist of my time! The guy says oh only 1 came in and it's the wrong size! Waiting my damn time coming down there in the first Place when it should've been checked. I got ahold of Geno the owner and he offered my car to be towed to them for the inconvenience but that wasn't accommodating much for me- I declined the offer. Lastly I finally had to call about the emblems which were surprisingly re ordered and delivered within a week to ask when and if all the emblems were there- got my appointment scheduled went down to get the emblems put on just for them to put a bigger dent in my door to place them. Now I'm pursing a lawsuit this place is absolutely terrible. From the before pictures to now my car looks worse! And it was evident that they knew the dent on my car was worse bc when my keys were handed off not a word was said from the guy( can't think of his name but I have it listed on paper work) overall terrible terrible terrible place. Best experience. Thankfully we never had an accident. Untill around Christmas on a extreme heavy rain on December 18th my husband got into hit/run accident. And our brand new 2022 Tundra off highway 4 got hit. Driver side got busted. They fixed it so beautifully and professionally. Excellent service. Excellent quality. Plus they offer lifetime warranty. They had my car in December and it is now the end of February and the work on my car is still not complete. I read all the great reviews and therefore decided to go with this place since it's Geico's recommended shop. When I picked up my car in Dec they even asked for a later pickup of my vehicle so they can clean it before giving it back and yet nothing was done to it and all they did was tell me it was the wrong part. However I was given my car back before Christmas with the piece of the outer car missing so I can have it for the holidays while the part was "reordered". I called back at the end of January and they said the part was just ordered. It is now end of February and after continuously calling them to get an update (because no one ever called me) the part apparently just came in. Unfortunately no one has apologized, took accountability, or even acknowledged the delay or issues I've been dealing with. I just feel like the communication and honesty of the situation has been extremely disappointing. Despite this what I can say is that the place looks nice, everyone I have encountered has been friendly and this place warranties their work and they have a lot of good reviews. My experience so far hasnt been the best but my car still has to get repaired so I will give an updated review of complete overall customer service as well as actual repair once this is completed. No place is perfect and I understand things happen but communication is key so hope things turn around for the better. read more

I never do reviews unless I have a really good experience or a really bad experience. I have used Geno's autobody twice. both times the best experience I've ever had , completely stress-free. The whole process is smooth. The girls that run the office are great. They do quality bodywork and they also take the stress off having to deal with a car rental. They work with enterprise right down the street , it makes it so easy, when you pick your car up, you don't even have to return the rental back to enterprise they do it for you. They even washed and vacuumed my car. There's also a one year warranty on the Work. I give them five stars!!!!!!! read more

Very slight over spray on lip of trunk, taillight was still popped out (which they repaired after I pointed it out), notice later that trunk wasn't aligned properly and hits the bumper when its closed and scratched my paint which I also had to fix, and my aftermarket tail light wasnt tested when reinstalled and was non-functional which I repaired myself. The repairs I can live with. But to put the icing on the shit cake someone in your shop rummaged through my glove box and stole almost $300 dollars of personal items, a Leatherman P4 multitool and a streamlight Stinger flashlight from my car and either stole or lost my wheel lock key which I had to spend $100 buying every single fuckin one to find out which one was the one YOU guys lost. And I called you guys not once, not twice, but four separate times and not a single call back for any of em. I literally just gave up. If anyone is reading this don't bother with this place. read more
