    My laptop computer was blank and I needed to complete my paperwork for school. It's a brand new…read morelaptop that I bought from Best Buy just last year and used it 8 to 10 times. Prior to this I went to Best Buy, but they said turn around time was 2 to 3 days so I decided to come here. I needed it fixed now. I knew that the battery needed to be removed, but I didn't have the screws tips to do it on the spot. I'm also a technician and do a lot of labor work too so I know what's involved. I've repaired my phone many times too. By changing the screen and battery and putting it back together. He charged me $125 and took 3 hours to reset it and got it up and running. I was pleased that I got my laptop running. But after doing some research, it was a quick fix, but I guess you pay for the expertise. I just wanted to see if I could come back and trust this guy but I'm not a fan. To reset it, you hold a set of keys on the keyboard to reset it or you unscrew 4 screws from the back and remove the battery plug back in and that's it. I asked him what he had to do and he said a " hard" reset. That was all. That was the price I had to pay to get it up and running and he knew that because I told him so that I needed it fixed so I can work on my project. He heard of my predicament. Not a fan of this businesses like this. Best Buy would have just told me straight up and fixed it.
