And for once, I found the computer guru of the decade! Ryan, of RL Computer Services was more thorough than I could have ever expected while upgrading my three systems from Windows 7 to Windows 10, and he did it remotely, especially in consideration of this global pandemic we are all experiencing, and it was easy to maintain phone contact with him as he started and followed through, allowing me to ask questions and point to some of the major problems that have plagued me for so long. In addition, he immediately addressed and fixed tons of problems and errors that I was getting in Windows 7 and now, all three systems are running great! I had spoken to so many people before I encountered Ryan, and I could tell that there was just something about them that was dishonest. Never once did I get that impression from Ryan from the moment I first spoke with him, and once I committed, he started in immediately to resolve my many dilemmas. For someone like me, who has limited experience in resolving certain computer issues, Ryan knew exactly what the problem was and corrected every one of the errors. What a relief to find someone who is fast, reliable, and knows what they are doing! I found ryan on yelp after my office computers were having a network issue leaving me unable to do my work efficiently for almost 24 hrs. Within an hour ryan had scheduled me for a remote log in session, and one hour later not only was my network issue resolved, but he had fixed an ongoing printer error and an email issue i had been experiencing for months! Excellent and Reliable Service. Anytime we are having issues with our business computers, Ryan comes to our rescue. There hasn't been a single thing he hasn't been able to take care of for us. We love that Ryan has been able to fix most of our issues Remotely which saves us time from having to make an appointment for a visit; our issues are usually taken care of within an hour or two. Wow! So relieved to find someone who will come to your home and work on your computer that you fill you can trust and knows what they're doing. I have a Netgear router and did their requested upgrade. It messed up my PC. Netgear did resolve some of the issues, but said the others weren't their fault. (Funny, they worked just fine till exact moment I downloaded their upgrade.) Ryan was able to solve the problems quickly and checked out my computer for any other issues. He also answered some Samsung phone questions, helped me with me iPad mini and cleaned up my husband's PC. Plus, he even called later to follow up with some of the issues.
