Devastated by the absolute disrespect and contempt from this company. as the busy season was rapidly approaching i wqs desperately seeking help for my Chevy Cruze. They got me right in Initially. Served me a bill for $1,300. the problem was not fixed in fact the so called repairs left my vehicle condition. the same lights kept coming on the same time rocking I heard in the engine. the pedal for the gas kept having a hard time accelerating. I put it back in the shop and the said it was the serpentine belt but we argued fine fix it they did afree their degrading ridicule they had to eat their words and not charge me and give me back my car for July fourth weekend. my car stalled on our on me on the busiest weekend in Atlantic City off Atlantic avenue!! I had ten cars behind me beeping it was terrifying. I called them and they my So called Advisor Bill Fosbenner was so condescending and rude they only thing to come out of this humans mouth was a low "okay". which was the straw that broke the camels back after he robbed me for 1,300 and ruined my car before the busy season. I am a south jersey local after a tough winter just trying to get by in the summer months working in the service industry l. Do not trust Gentilini with your family Or friends they will rob you and treat you like nothing but a dollar sign. They do not care about you they will you let you rot in your chevy as they count their money.

**FORMAL CONSUMER COMPLAINT - SULLIVAN MOTORS, WOODBINE, NJ**…read more I am filing this complaint regarding my experience with Sullivan Motors in Woodbine, New Jersey, concerning my vehicle, warranty coverage, repairs, and financing/payment arrangement\. I purchased my vehicle through Sullivan Motors and was told that the vehicle was covered by a warranty\. When I had an issue with my vehicle, I brought it to an auto repair shop because I believed the repair should be covered under my warranty\. I was told by Sullivan Motors that the vehicle was under warranty and that the issue would be handled\. However, when I went to have the vehicle repaired, I was later informed that the vehicle was not actually covered in the way I had been told\. I ended up having to deal with repair and labor costs, and the work that was performed did not properly fix my vehicle\. My vehicle is still having problems and is not in the condition it should be after the money that was spent on the repairs\. Because I did not have enough money at the time to cover the labor/repair costs, I was told that the amount could be added to my vehicle balance/payment\. I felt that I had no other option because I needed my vehicle\. This resulted in additional debt being added to what I already owed and contributed to me falling behind on my vehicle payments\. I am also having serious problems with the payment arrangement\. I have been trying to work with Sullivan Motors to establish a reasonable payment arrangement because I am trying to bring my account current\. I recently contacted them and attempted to make an additional payment toward the arrangement\. Instead of working with me, I was told that my payment could not be accepted unless I paid the entire amount together, and I was also being charged additional late fees and other fees\. I feel that I have been treated unfairly throughout this entire situation\. I was given information about my warranty that I relied upon, I paid money for repairs that did not properly resolve the problems with my vehicle, additional costs were added to my vehicle balance, and I am now struggling with additional debt and payment issues because of this situation\. I am requesting that this matter be investigated\. I would like Sullivan Motors to provide me with a complete written explanation of: I am asking that all communication regarding this matter be professional and in writing whenever possible\. I am trying to resolve this situation, but I feel that I have been repeatedly given the runaround and treated disrespectfully when attempting to get help\. I am not trying to avoid my financial responsibility\. I am asking for a fair opportunity to resolve the account, accurate information regarding my warranty and charges, and accountability for the repairs that were performed on my vehicle\. I have documentation supporting my complaint, including payment records, repair information, communications, and information regarding my account\. I am prepared to provide copies of these documents upon request\. Thank you for reviewing my complaint and helping me resolve this

I traded in my former car there for a Honda CRV. All went well until my battery failed after 5 years which was normal and I replaced it. it worked well for several months. Then the battery failed and I had to get it jumped. The weather was cold, however we have 4 other CRVs on my street, all of them except i are older than mine. None of them are having problems with the battery. Ive had problems with the battery not starting. I purchased the battery last summer, so it is not old. When I brought it to Avalon Honda they put in on a charging machine for 3 hours and said it was not fully charged and could take as long as 5 hours but did not offer any means of transportation. I could not wait any longer, and asked why a relatively new battery was such a problem. The Manager JOE and Service Manager Ross both said it was because I drove the Car on short trips and not often enough to give it a chance to recharge as most Senior Citizens do. I find this explanation highly offensive and discriminatory. I believe I was sold a LEMON Battery, because the others on my street have not had this problem. I purchased my CRV, believing it would serve me for many years. I have it serviced as required. So, as you can see, I am miserable in this situation. One-star rating is not low enough to rate this kind of treatment to a faithful customer. Rosalie Herbig Yes I am a Senior Person and should not have to deal with this type of issue

Their "3 Dog Night" event held annually in October helped support the Humane Society of Ocean City and guests and their pets were able to receive free on-site microchipping, tags & engraving, a special gift and dinner. How cool! Francey, the Director of Advertising and Community Relations, reached out to us letting us know of all their wonderful events, including those that are dog friendly! In addition to monthly events, they give back to the community and are launching their annual initiative to vote for your favorite Southern New Jersey Charitable Organization. For every vehicle purchased or leased, they will make a donation to one of four hometown charitable organizations selected by their customers. And, best of all, if you are in the market for a car, your dog can shop with you in the showrooms as they know how important all members of the family should be in the decision making process. Choose from many new and pre-owned models of Buick, Cadillac, Chevrolet, GMC, Subaru, and Volkswagen. They even have a service and parts department to keep your vehicle in tip-top shape. They are the oldest continuous family run dealership in NJ and even deliver cars! While visiting the dealership, we met Jeremy, the Sales Manager at Subaru, who was so friendly and gave Brie so much attention. We even met a customer in the parking lot and she raved about the sales team and how friendly and non-pressure they are, so that is a big plus when looking to purchase a vehicle.

As the weeks went by the tick got more obvious and at one point my truck went into limp mode but eventually came out of it. With that chain of events I scheduled a service appointment at my local dealer, turns out I have a faulty lifter, bad cam and a piece of lifter somewhere in the engine and with that the engine will need to be replaced. Major inconvenience but not a huge deal because the truck had a one year warranty, or so I thought. After going back and forth with the servicing dealer and Burke it turns out Burke never registered the truck with the warranty company so technically no warranty coverage. After calling Burke and asking them WTF, they said they would enroll it in the warranty program, that was 6 days ago and my truck still isn't enrolled. To make it worse they suck at returning phone calls or following through with sending emails they said they would send and the best part is I'm still without a vehicle and the servicing dealer cant even order parts or begin repair until the warranty is active.

I noticed excessive tire wear and knew a wheel alignment was in order. The two front tires were so excessively worn the the cotton and steel belt fibers were showing! The car has been aligned twice in the 5 yrs I've had it by independent shops. I thought I'd let technicians that specialize in the make have a go at it. At the same time I had them mount and balance two new tires. My main complaint, despite assurances that the alignment is now within specs, is that the steering wheel is about 10 degrees off center when driving on a straight stretch of road. If the alignment is truly within specs, I'm willing to "live with it". I will be keeping an eye on how the tires are wearing, that's for sure! The bill came to $209.34. My other issue has to do with the estimated time frame that the car was supposed to be completed. The car was supposed to be done by 2:30 PM. I received a call from the Service Advisor who checked me in in the morning at around 1:30, saying the car would be done in about 20 minutes. Said he would call when the car was done. "Wow! Earlier than expected", I thought. When 20 minutes became 40 minutes, I called the Service Advisor. He said the car was done. We headed to the dealership to pick it up. Five minutes into our trip, the Service Advisor calls back and says he is mistaken, the tech still needs another half hour with the car! To sum up: if the alignment is good I'm happy. I'm unhappy with the inconvenience and miscommunication on the part of the Service Advisor.
