As a new patient, the Scheduling Staff worked with me to get me in to see a dentist within 10 hours of my return home. Doctor Graham took all the proper steps to make me feel relaxed and destressed. She answered all my questions before she started any work. The Dental Assistant performed in the same way, working to remove any worries or concerns. Great Teamwork! Conroe Family Dentistry has latest new and high-tech equipment to provide the highest quality of treatment. Upper and Lower teeth were scanned using AI, so they could recreate the proper bite fit. The fitting scans were entered into a high-tech Milling machine that then went about cutting, sizing and aligning a new crown. The entire process from sitting down in the chair and out the door with a perfectly fitted and installed crown was less than 90 minutes. I was referred to Conroe Family Dentistry by a family member. I have now moved from a Dental Care Center and Dentist with a 30-year relationship to Conroe Family Dentistry. Very up to date equipment, well trained staff, and most of all, a stressless experience.

During the appointment, they suddenly claimed I had several cavities that were "really bad" and needed immediate laser treatment. They also pressured my wife into agreeing to pay over $600 for what was supposed to be a routine cleaning visit. They tried pressuring me too, insisting I needed treatment right away, but I decided to get a second opinion. I went to another dentist, and he confirmed that I have no cavities at all. None. All I needed was an annual cleaning--which is exactly what I came here for in the first place before being charged $600+. This feels like a complete scam. We were upsold on unnecessary treatment and I definitely do not recommend coming here.

On my way there, a major accident caused heavy traffic, and I immediately called the office to notify them that I would be about 15 minutes late. I marked the voicemail as urgent and also sent a text through their system so they knew I was coming. When I arrived, I was told the dentist (Dr. Jessica Ransom) had already left. My urgent voicemail was not checked, my message was ignored, and no one made any attempt to reach out to me. For an emergency appointment, this is unacceptable. More importantly, I felt extremely uncared for and completely dismissed. I was in severe pain -- the kind of pain that came on suddenly and required immediate help -- and yet I was not considered important enough for the dentist to stay an extra 15 minutes. The entire purpose of emergency dental care is to help patients who are suffering. Instead, I was left without an exam, without support, and without any consideration for my situation. Being referred out for a possible failed root canal during this kind of crisis only adds to the stress. A patient in pain should never be abandoned after communicating clearly that they are on the way. This was unprofessional, irresponsible, and showed a lack of basic compassion. As a former patient, I can no longer recommend this practice. The only positive part of the visit was the assistant who stayed and tried to help, but the dentist's actions overshadowed everything else.

It was on my Dental Insurance...yea! Unfortunately, I'd just had a cleaning at my former dentist. So it would be awhile before I saw them. But stuff happens. A new implant's plug that covers the screw fell out. Argh! So, I called Muzny & they were very nice. Got me in quickly. The office is very nice. The people are personable & open. I was seen quickly. I like that a lot. My issue was checked & the solution shown to me. I was happy with it. Just a note: you pay for what you get. I was in & out in 30 min! I'm looking forward to my first real appointment. I'm expecting great results based on the superb handling of this emergency. I definitely picked the right dentist!! *********** Update: I had recommended Muzny's practice to a close friend. However, in spite of them checking her insurance, they set an appointment before she was due. My friends first clue was a bill from the practice. Even though Muzny made the mistake, its my friend who has to pay. This does not define a professional practice to me. So, while I had no issues on my visit; I've lost confidence on allowing them to deal with my insurance & appointments. So, I'm looking for a new dentist practice.
