Had a serious cut at the tip of my finger from a circular saw accident while building my new deck…read more After checking in in which took only a couple of minutes, I was in a patient room within 10 min having my injury evaluated and addressed by the on site Physicians Assistant. The PA was very polite, professional with a nice friendly disposition that took the time to explain the medical care she was going to give me where she proceeded to give my finger a 10 Iodine soak to ensure all germs and bacteria were cleaned out of my deep cut before proceeding with suturing my injury. Following the procedure, she gave me clear concise instructions for me to follow that would ensure a proper healing of the cut. From time I arrived to leaving the facility was on the order of an hour which for medical care is quite good by any standard these days. Overall I was very pleased by the service I was provided and will definately return to this facility in the future if the need should ever arise.

It was great before the pandemic now they become unreasonable. They stopped scheduling appointments when you actually need to see a doctor. I was told when I called for a visit, the doctors will not see me if a have a fewer... not sure why you even have a practice and call yourself a doctors office if you don't want to see sick patients. They offered telephone visit. how can you check and diagnose what's wrong with you if the doctor doesn't even see you? it's time, I will be transferring to a different clinic.

I've been a loyal patient visiting this location for over five years. The Therapyst who have…read moresurvived the corporate apathy and lack of appreciation and wage freeze are not congratulated and/or rewarded. The therapists are professional, caring, and efficient. Never a complaint from them. they're voice should be heard. Ive seen them work in extremely overbooked situations and coming out heroes to me in the end. Now they are being pulled away from patients even to the point off covering tasks inappropriate for there experience. The running theme is corporate (including the executive who designed the new location so inefficientl)obviously really failed to consider the patient. Really, after-all Im paying for the therapy. At one time there was a cleaning service and window cleaners. Now I'm lucky to see one front desk/scheduler. They have lost so many hard working knoledgable employees. Thank God for the beautiful outstanding Therapists that work so hard. They are amazing. This Nova Care brand is a new financier. However as saving money became the running theme the Therapyst or front Desk personnel had cleaning added on as an additional task. The front waiting room is a sauna. The equipment is old and they removed half the work out machines when they moved to the new location. the atmosphere could use a brighter mire motivational decor.
