Capital City Foot & Ankle - My horse Lilly-Bell also recommends Dr.s Baynham & Baynham. She's right about everything.

Now ya'll know that I was a mighty fine horseman, lousy human being but a damn good ridder. What…read moreya don't know is that I spent a lot of time hoofin it about in those calvary boots. They sure turn the ladies heads but they will cripple you up like crab apple pie. I rode a lot because the pain in my dogs was just galvanizin. Now I rarely put much stock in high-falutin city doctors. I figured that since farrier could fix my horses hooves, he could fix my dogs too. Once again, I was wrong. In a big way. Now listen up pilgrim. You go see Dr.s Baynham & Baynham to get your dogs fixed. These two are couple of crackerjack experts. No guessin, no pomp - just straight up experts who will put you right. You don't want to got to no hospital foot doctor. You want these two. They run the show and they run it right. They are also fine people. Kind and as compassionate you could want. Goin to see anyone else would be a big mistake. And pard, I know about makin mistakes. I limped into Capital City Foot & Ankle like a lame horse that needed to be put down. I walked out like a peacock, all tall, straight and proud. Most of all pain free.

I am so grateful that I found this practice! I recently saw Dr. Marcia Baynham and she was…read morefantastic. She has such a nice bedside manner and makes you feel at ease immediately. She made a minor foot procedure quick and painless. I left with care instructions and reassurance that they would be there for follow up should I need them. No one enjoys medical procedures, but they make it as pleasant as it can be. Highly recommend.

OSU Outpatient Care East - The rooms are a tad tight with the conductivity station (the dark device at the left) lots of diagrams, which are helpful.

Review for Lab Work/Laboratory Services. I don't think Monday morning's are the best time to run in…read morefor lab work. Parking was a challenge but was happy to find a space open up a little closer, it's hit or miss, and sometimes you have to walk up from the end of the lot. This visit was good aside from the wait time. Check-in and registration were some but had an existing order which sped things up. Wait time was about 43 mins but service was friendly and once I was back there it took no time. Quality if care was good. I like the convenience of this location but this location can be busy at times.

The medical facility has a large parking lot which is free but that lot...it is nothing short of horrendous. The lanes between parking are so very narrow and the lanes are also NOT one way which at times is problematic. Not nearly enough handicap spots however, the number falls within the legal reserved amount. The entrance doors are automatic. Thats a huge plus. There is a nice welcome desk and appointment check in space with ample seating. I had been to this location before renovation and post renovation it is much cleaner looking which made me feel more comfortable. Hall directional signs have improved too. I didnt get lost and needed no assistance finding neurology. Check in went smooth, the attendant was very polite and friendly. Waiting room was comfortable and clean. Took less than five minutes to get my room. Bonus! Was seen by tech immediately. The conductivity test was run by tech and then when it got more complex by doctor. Both medical staff members were excellent and explained everything very well. Highly recommend the caregivers and the neurology depaetment... the location, well...Meh. Try to get one of the newer buildings. I felt my car would get backed into or dinged while I I was inside as the parking is too tight. (But car was fine.)
