Tried for several days to call to confirm, no answer and voice mail full. Finally got an email back the night before they were supposed to come saying "not on our books dont accept credit cards." No call. No clarification. No trying to clear up the problem with at least a courtesy "Im sorry you had us booked for this, but we must have messed up or had a miscommunication." Left us high and dry. I'd recommend any homeless person on a street corner and would pay them any amount to avoid possibly giving business to this "organization." unbelievable

Drinking and driving is dangerous in general, but drinking and driving a commercial sized moving truck was beyond my imagination until I saw it happen. Thankfully he didn't crash, because he had about 75% of my belongings with him. When the end of the day came, he tried to claim that he'd only taken one hour for lunch, but his workers verified that they'd been done at the old house at one and that he didn't show up to the new one until three. They even warned me before he got there that he might try to do this. I didn't pay for that extra hour, but I wish I hadn't paid at all.

Subject: Immediate Access Required - Passports, Immigration Documents, Essential Medications & Work…read moreTools Case ID: 25H84SP004802 Tenants: Irina Strelet, Danil Turchinskii Hello, On January 12, 2026 at approximately 10:00 AM (ET) I called Southcoast Moving & Storage at (508) 984-4111 regarding access to our stored property located at 46 North Montello Street, Brockton, MA following our eviction in case 25H84SP004802. During that phone call I was told that I must first pay $350 and then wait 2-3 days before being allowed to access any of my property -- even to retrieve passports, immigration documents, medications, clothing, or work tools. I am formally notifying you that this demand is unlawful. Your own warehouse receipt states: "You have the right to access your stored property ONCE, free of charge, to inspect the property or remove items of personal or sentimental value (pictures, documents, funeral urns...)." The items I am requesting include: * Passports and immigration records * Court and legal documents * Medical records * Life-sustaining prescription medications * Essential clothing and hygiene items * Three bags of essential work tools Critically, some of these medications belong to a 69-year-old woman who suffers from seizure episodes if she does not take her prescribed medicine. Denying or delaying access to these medications creates a serious and immediate medical emergency and a risk to her life. I am not requesting access to household goods, furniture, or boxed property for removal. I am requesting immediate supervised access solely to retrieve documents, medications, essential clothing, and three bags of work tools. Requiring payment or delaying access to these items constitutes unlawful withholding of personal identification, immigration documents, and life-saving medication, which may expose your company to civil liability, consumer protection enforcement, and law-enforcement intervention. Please confirm today the earliest time I can come to retrieve these items. If access continues to be denied, I will request police assistance and file complaints with the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office and other appropriate authorities. Sincerely, Danil Turchinskii Case ID: 25H84SP004802
