I had my 1-year-old with me, and instead of treating us with kindness or understanding, members of the staff made comments and laughed about my child. Whether they thought I could understand them or not, it was obvious they were making fun of us. As a parent, that was incredibly hurtful and embarrassing. The quality of the service was just as disappointing. During my manicure, my fingers were cut multiple times to the point that they were bleeding. Accidents can happen, but what bothered me was the lack of care, concern, or apology afterward. I expected much better attention to cleanliness, technique, and customer care. The entire visit left me feeling unwelcome and uncomfortable. No customer should leave a salon feeling embarrassed for bringing their child or with bleeding fingers from a routine nail service. I believe businesses should treat every customer with professionalism, respect, and compassion. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this salon to others.
