Kim did my nails and she did a PHENOMENAL job! The talent here is remarkable, sometimes when going to a nail salon you're gambling if the full set is going to be good or not. I did research this salon prior to coming and they display their work on social media so it made it that much easier to make a decision. I do have to say when I was getting my nails done we were playing musical nail tech. I had two technicians start my nails and do the base before Kim got to my nails. They got busy out of nowhere so I understand but I would of preferred one nail tech from the beginning of the service to the very end. My pedicure was very soothing and the lady took her time which was nice. As far as pricing... I do have to say it was a little more on the expensive side, BUT it's been years since I last got my nails done and it is in Lake Nona so I went with the knowing that it was going to be expensive. I went in to get a full set and a gel pedicure ended up paying $165 WITHOUT tip. Within 5 days my nails were chipped and 2 toes already lifted and gel polish came off. I went and had them fixed which they did free of charge however put one coat and within 3 more days 3 MORE toes were chipped and lifted ‍ for the price I paid I'm extremely upset since my gel pedicures usually last me anywhere from 4-6 weeks regularly! read more

My nail techs were both great. I got gel pedi and builder gel on my nails. Their massage chairs are amazing and everyone is nice and welcoming. Unfortunately, it looks like they use old products or poor quality top coat. After just two days my nails were entirely stained and they've only gotten worse. I don't work with my hands or deal with any chemicals so there's no reason for this to happen. They also left a pretty big cuticle gap making them look grown out in only just one week (builder gel lasts 3 weeks or more perfectly, it's why you pay more for it.) I did call ant they offered to fix it but.. who really has time for that? All in all, $160 total for nails is a pretty steep price to pay - products should be of the best quality and kept well (not old) and if you're charging those prices. I visited Organic Nails on Friday May 3rd for a full set and pedicure and had a great experience. When checking them out online I noticed a lot of the nails that I liked and quite a few reviews mentioned Gin so I called around 12 for an appointment and was able to be seen by him around 2 pm. When I arrived there was a short wait before I was seated at his table. He and his neighbor Zack were very friendly and welcoming right away. I showed them my inspiration image but requested orange and we got to work. I appreciated that Gin used his own creativity when creating my nail art and offered suggestions for extra details like using glitter. Zack and Gin made great conversation, and I appreciated that I was offered beverages like water, soda and wine. I knew that I would love my nails because I was getting excited watching each step in the process and seeing how Gin was expertly crafting each nail from application to shape and design. The final product was a work of art and the nail techs and manager thought so too as we took tons of photos and videos after. Once that was finished up I saw Beo for a pedicure. Beo was also very friendly and I enjoyed talking with him about the Orlando area, his children and Disney. I opted for the regular pedicure and it did just the trick. The scrub used smelled like heaven and he used a gel that I'd never seen before which was very soothing and I appreciated that. With all that being said I can honestly say that I loved my experience and the service that I received and I would recommend both of these technicians to anyone looking for someone or wanting to make a change. After 3 weeks, it's time for me to head back and I can report that my nails held up perfectly, and have no breaks. I did have one small issue with my pedicure. Afterward I noticed that the second to last toe nail on my right foot was a little too long and eventually it broke, taking half of the remaining polish with it. waiting area has 2 hard child height stools. The chemical odor is so extreme not sure what type of ventilation system they have in there. Nail tech tried to use grinder on my natural nails to remove gel also wanted me to dip my nails into some type of remover that had stuff floating in it obviously it was used by someone else & attempted to use a nasty used file to shape my nails. The entire experience was just awful I would not recommend or ever visit this salon again. I don't really write many reviews but I was so grossed out I had too. Being located in the beautiful Lake Nona, you would expect a certain level of cleanliness and expertise. Two of us went in, and left with what we didn't want because they weren't qualified to do any simple designs. Even after they said yes. Only basic colors. No cuticle care. No oil offered. They are not disinfecting or cleaning their stations after every guest. If you look, even the partitions are full of nail shavings. It is VITAL you take a disinfectant and CLEAN your stations. We live close by Organic so this establishment is very convenient. The prices are a bit steep, but you get what you pay for. I have complained before to the owner/manager about them charging additional for filing, etc. She really didn't care much. However, I have tried other nail salons and there is no comparison to this place. Gin is amazing!!!!! You are in and out and he does a fantastic job! Made an appointment online very quick and easy. Walked in everyone was very friendly, place was super clean!! They took me back to get my pedicure (of course I had to wash my hands first. lol) Water temp was perfect, the Jenny gave me a book of colors to choose from (no standing around trying to figure out what color you want). They provided a complimentary drink during my relaxation period after that Jenny worked her magic as she massaging my leg I smell fresh lemons...YES with my "Zesty Spa Pedicure" has fresh cut lemons rubbed on my legs, floating in the water VERY REFRESHING!! Had an extremely bad experience from a staff names Zac with loads of attitude and shitty work skills. Wanted a decent pedicure, chose a package that clearly mentioned callus removal and massage. He didn't bother remove any calluses or dead skin, just rubbed hands quickly and with minimal pressure and wanted to paint. When prompted to remove visible dead skin and calluses before painting the nails, he gave me a stare back for asking to do what is actually something I am paying for!! And then very aggressively rubs one of my toe callus , bad enough to abrade my normal surrounding skin. When i stopped him, he answered back with full attitude- yeah I already rubbed it, but you wanted more!! Honestly we don't come for this shitty attitude and useless service! This speaks so much of the lack of respect and culture at the place. I am never going back there. I made the mistake of recommending to my daughter and my niece that they go to get their nails done in this place because it is close to the house, but it was a disaster, my daughter had her skin cut while doing her manicure, which made her blood came out and my niece was stuck with a sharp object that they use to clean the nail and the next day her toe was swollen and leaking pus from where they pricked it. I've gone to several nails salons all over and I can clearly attest that Sara has been the best so far. She's very detailed and pays attention to your needs. I don't have to worry about what looks good or not because she knows. I have a true appreciation for her honesty and artistry. Everyone I've worked with at this salon has been above average and quite skilled. I only know this because when Sara goes on vacation, I can rely on some of the others to get this done. Pedicure was not good, the lady cut me 3 times, dang it hurt then Moved on to getting full set with Sarah, she did not listen at all what I wanted, I was not happy! Gel polish was so thick it was sticky. When I got home it started melting off like glue. This place is HORRIBLE. I would strongly discourage ever going here. The staff and management are extremely unprofessional. My husband and I walked in and we were told they could take us right away. They put us in the pedicure chairs and told us it would only be a couple of minutes. My pedicure started after 15 minutes of waiting (which was acceptable to me), but my sweet husband waited over an hour and then finally walked out after two other people who walked in after we did were being serviced but he was not.... As mentioned above, two other women who walked in after my husband had were tended to, but my husband was not even though he had been waiting FIRST (for over an hour). I asked the staff, why is it that you are serving them but not my husband? The woman in charge said we're sorry we will give 20% off. At that point, my husband refused to come back into the salon out of principal and waited in the car since we drove together. It was extremely rude and unprofessional behavior on behalf of the nail staff. My pedicure had already begun, so I couldn't leave. I was told we would get 20% off for our troubles. When I went to check out, they refused to honor the 20% off, saying it was only for my husband.... During my manicure, the technician was texting the entire time and it looks like a 5-year-old painted my nails. Just a terrible experience on all levels. I will have to get my nails redone tomorrow as we are taking pregnancy announcement photos and my nails look downright embarrassing. I could have done a better job with my eyes closed at home. I am so angry that I had to pay for this terrible service and unprofessional behavior. It was a horrible experience and made me very upset to be treated so poorly. This is my second time here. The first time was about a month ago, they still had the clear partitions in between the tech and yourself, they have now taken those down. Not all of the staff had mask on, and very few customers were required to wear mask. Also I noticed they were not sanitizing in between each customer. On top of that I had made an appointment for 12:30pm three weeks in advance. I came in told them my appointment time and had to wait an hour until someone helped me. There was no apologies, no discounts provided. The lady with the bob had a attitude and eyed me the whole time I waited inconvenienced by them. They didn't offer me a refreshment everyone else that came in they did. I saw walk ins come in get serviced and leave while I continued to wait. I got to the shop at 12:30 did not leave until 3:30. Huge inconvenience for a unsanitary environment- will not be returning. read more

We had 1o'clock appt and 2 techs were ready right away but I had to wait about 20 min for mine to finish up, but I got to wait in one of the best massage chairs I ever found and they gave me wine, so no complaints here. Before they start they show you the service menu and the prices are clearly shown. I just pointed to what I wanted. No confusion. My husband has a bad in-grown that bothers him and after he said his toe felt so much better and it didn't hurt while she removed it. I believe his techs name was Fin.
