My highlights came out chunky and uneven, nothing like the soft, blended, lived-in look I asked for (in addition, the blowout I got during my first appointment was the WORST blowout I have had in my entire life). I went back twice to get it fixed, and I could tell they were genuinely trying, but it still wasn't right. The tone at my crown didn't match my ends, there was brassiness that never fully went away, and now, a few washes later, that brassiness is already creeping back. On top of that, my hair ended up noticeably darker overall than what I wanted in the first place. I also went in for what should've been a simple trim, and way more length came off than I asked for (and I've spent years trying to grow out my hair). At the end of the day, I paid a lot of money and went through multiple appointments, and I still didn't get the color or the cut I asked for. Really disappointing for the price.

The products they use don't leave dips in my nails and my nails are so protected that they survive at least a month of daily typing, furniture assembly, and playing with my energetic dog. The vibes in this spa is pretty light, when we visit always have packed of clients for nail service. They have more services that we haven't tried and hopefully could still get to try it.

She was friendly and attentive and she even had an after care instruction card for me to take home after my visit. Which I appreciated. Reasonable prices and excellent customer service.
