I called this office and was thrilled that there was no hesitation-"Of course we can take care of that, As long as there is no infection or it hasn't gone bad in any way" I thought great and booked the appt, relieved to have it handled. They had sent me a link to fill out, which requires you to enter your birthdate to get into it. It didn't allow me to, so I sent them a text back, showing them the screenshot. I never heard back from them, so three days later I called their office to clear it up. Turns out they had taken down my birthdate incorrectly- But not only that they now tell me that the doctor doesn't want to provide the service to me, and was unhappy I was booked outside of service hours somehow? I didn't book it, your person booked it. Your person told me that you do this service and it sounded like it was common and every day. And you didn't even call me to let me know, I had to call you! So now I only have four days to find someone to help me. Just really unreliable and definitely do not recommend. Extremely poor customer service.
