Instead of receiving assistance, I was asked to leave the store--despite the fact that there were no cashiers available and no help provided. The store felt like it was running unattended. I have video footage showing how empty the registers were during this time. I do not recommend this Walgreens due to lack of customer service and poor management. I will be contacting corporate to report this experience.

I kept getting texts saying my medication was ready, but everytime I called to double check, it was not. When I showed up she got me my medication within less than 30 minutes and was on top of it. (And she kept telling me to sit down and asking if I was ok) I'm extremely understanding that these places are overwhelmed. I've dealt with a really rude male pharmacist here, but Tracy has literally been a lifesaver Recently, I had called ahead of time to see what I needed for an early release (2 days early for a medication that is highly controlled due to me not being able to pick it up on the scheduled day) she told me exactly what to request from my doctor. (Which, I got ahold of my doctors office and told them) My doctor put in for my medication, but unfortunately, they did not put what Tracy needed them to put. It was night time and my doctors office was already closed. Tracy told me not to worry at all and that she would call them in the morning and get it taken care of for me. I honestly did not think much of it. I was fully prepared to call my doctors office / having to deal with it all on my own. Yet, I got a text saying my medication was ready in the morning. Tracy even called me personally (not just the automated generic voice message system they leave saying to come get your medication) Tracy called and told me that she had been calling my doctors office as soon as they opened and she had everything taken care of for me. It honestly made me cry. While dealing with so much such as a surgery and trying to get everything taken care of, it meant so much to me that she took care of everything for me and did not make a fuss about it. She literally went above and beyond and I'm extremely thankful that she not only does her job, but is extremely sympathetic and helpful. Was able to book the same day. The package is $360 ($10 coupon) for a 30 min jacuzzi soak, a 45 min body scrub, and a 60 min massage. For two people, this is a great deal. Parking: circled 2 blocks and found a street parking spot. If I were running late or if the streets were packed, I would pay the $10 to park at the Shell gas station across the street. Jacuzzi: In the back outdoor patio, there are partitioned areas for jacuzzis and treatment rooms. It's a little tight walking through but it adds to the coziness. Swimsuits are optional. They provided us with slippers (about a size 8/9 women's) and a robe (one size). My partner and I had a glass of rose and soaked for about 20 min. Body scrub: feels amazing after the jacuzzi. The scrub is a little rough on the skin to get the exfoliation, but in a pleasant way. They do a good job of covering you with a thin towel, and don't go too deep in crevices like you would experience at a Korean spa. My skin felt so soft afterwards. Massage: after soaking in the jacuzzi and getting scrubbed on a treatment bed, we were put in the outdoor massage area. My masseuse was Sarah, and she did wonders on my shoulders and neck, which were areas I asked for focus. She was surgical with finding pressure points and working them out. I my shoulders still feel so relaxed from her work earlier today. My partner had Jamie as his masseuse and was equally pleased with his massage.
