Unfortunately, they only accept FedEx packages that already has a label affixed. However, the lady at the counter was kind enough to tell us about Horizon that provides service for all the major shipping companies (FedEx, UPS, USPS). She directed us and it was easy to find and even more helpful that they had a flag out front. Upon entry, the employee helped us determine the shipping costs for an international letter. I especially liked that he was able to tell us the cost that each service would cost. We did not end up using the service (FedEx) since it was too expensive - $119 for mailing an envelope with 2 pieces of documents internationally. ‍ Although we did not use the service, it is good to know that they are able to provide service for all the major shipping companies. I will definitely keep that in mind if I need to mail domestic FedEx items.
