The husband and wife had attitudes and I had no intention of ever using them again. It was a pleasant surprise to meet the new owner and he was easy to work with. It was actually night/day in comparison. Won't hesitate to use his Fern Creek location again in the future!

Due to my work schedule, I had to mail it in the evening. I normally use the Meijer mailing station on Hurstbourne, but their postage machine was out of order that evening. An internet search on my phone gave me this Postal Annex as the only mailing station open, and it would be several days before I could get another chance to mail it. So I drove there from Meijer on Hurstbourne, waited a long time while the clerk waited on a slow customer (not the clerk's fault), and nearly swallowed my teeth when the clerk slapped a mailing label over the envelope it was in and told me it was going to cost me $9.50 to mail this $4.50 deck of cards. I objected to the price, specifically asked if there wasn't a cheaper way to mail it, and he said no, the only other way I could send it was by FedEx and that would cost me $22.00. He told me delivery was guaranteed in 2 days. I wasn't trying to mail it 2-day delivery, but he wouldn't budge on the delivery option or the price, except to go up. So I paid $9.50 to mail a $4.50 deck of cards. I walked away feeling lied to, exploited, and very abused. The small gift that I paid more than double the price of to mail took 11 days to get to my daughter on the 2-day delivery option I didn't want but was forced to pay for "or you can go somewhere else tomorrow." I couldn't go somewhere else the next day. I couldn't go somewhere else until the next week. That's why I was there. I filed a complaint with the USPS and was told that since this place is a Delivery Annex, not an actual Post Office, there are no rules that apply to them and they can do anything they want. First, the USPS shouldn't have that kind of contract with anybody. That's just stupid. Second, I will never, for any reason, in my life return to that Postal Annex. There is a saying, "Use me once, shame on you; use me twice, shame on me." This Postal Annex will never have the opportunity to exploit me again. Third, I want everybody to be aware of the fact that this place practices extreme price gouging. Fourth, I want people to be aware that I suspect I was exploited because I am female or an older adult, or both, in which case it practices gender or age profiling, or both, in setting its prices.

Years ago I was the first to review this location and I gave it a five star review. Unfortunately a…read morebusiness is only as good as the employees that work for it. We have had several UPS drivers that were excellent! That has now changed and I am becoming appalled by our current level of service. Yesterday we were expecting a delivery of medicine. The package was delivered by UPS to the "front door". Needless to say we couldn't locate it at the front door. Second option we checked the backdoor. No! Checked the garage door, NO! Decided to drive to the street to check the mail box, which is 1000 feet away from the house, NO! We did find the shipment at this point. The UPS driver had put the package in a plastic bag and tied it to a limb of our Bradford Pear tree down by our creek! So that means he turned up our driveway but only drove 100 feet up instead of the 1000 feet to the house. You probably deserve a one star rating for this ridiculous delivery but I'm hoping a two star will encourage better service.

I recently had the most frustrating and infuriating experience dealing with a shipping claim for my…read morelost luggage. From start to finish, it was an absolute nightmare that left me feeling neglected, disregarded, and utterly helpless. Allow me to recount this disastrous ordeal. After my luggage mysteriously went missing during a supposedly straightforward shipping process, IN THEIR OWN FACILITY IN THE US . IT WAS RECEIVED TO THEIR FACILITY AND GOT LOST INDOOR. NEVER LEFT. AS I WAS TRACKING IT THE WHOLE TRIP. NOT LOST ON THE ROAD NOT DELIVERED ELSEWHERE. IN THEIR WEARHOUSE. I initiated a claim with UPS responsible for its delivery. Little did I know that this would be the beginning of an excruciatingly long and unresolved ordeal. Firstly, attempting to reach the company's customer service was like trying to navigate a never-ending maze. Their phone lines proved to be a labyrinth of automated messages and pointless extensions that only served to prolong my misery. With each call, I was left on hold for exorbitant amounts of time or transferred from one uninterested representative to another who seemed clueless about the specifics of my claim. When I finally managed to get a hold of a supposedly responsible representative, their lack of knowledge and attention to detail was utterly appalling. They showed a complete lack of empathy, failed to comprehend the urgency of my situation, and provided no assurance or support. Instead, they offered feeble excuses, shrugged off my concerns, and left me feeling voiceless and insignificant. In my attempts to escalate the matter, I found myself caught in an endless loop of transferred calls and empty promises. The company seemed more interested in passing the buck than taking any responsibility for their mishandling of my luggage. AFTER SPEAKING WITH SEVERAL AGENTS THAT WORKS FOR UPS FROM OVERSEAS , I FINALLY MANAGED TO SPEAK TO AN UNPROFESSIONAL SUPERVISOR THAT SPEAKS CLEAR ENGLISH. HE WAS VERY RUDE, NEVER LISTENED TO ME AND KEPT SCREAM TALKING OVER ME. To add insult to injury, the lack of transparency and accountability from the company was shocking. There was no proactive communication or updates provided regarding the progress of my claim. Instead, I was left chasing them for information, only to be met with vague responses and vague timelines that were never adhered to. Their incompetence left me in a state of uncertainty, unable to plan or proceed with other necessary arrangements. Days turned into weeks, weeks into months, and despite repeated assurances that the matter would be resolved promptly, my lost luggage remained lost and my frustration continued to mount. The company's blatant negligence and disregard for the importance of timely resolution was absolutely unforgivable. In conclusion, my experience with UPS was an absolute nightmare. From the convoluted customer service, to the lack of knowledge, empathy, and accountability exhibited by the representatives, as well as the complete absence of transparent communication and unresolved issues, it was an experience I would never wish upon anyone. SUPERVISOR NAME AND BADGE IS THIS: Peter balvez NPTVOH NOT SURE IF ITS HIS REAL IDENTITY. HE SEEMED CARELESS. LOST ITEM  TRACKIN NUMBER: 1zb8281b6740208879 THEY OFFER ME $100 DOLLARS TO CLOSE THE CLAIM. DISCARDING THE VALUE OF THE LOST ITEMS AND THE LUGGAGE ITSELF. A HUNDRED DOLLARS WOULDN'T EVEN COVER THE SHIPPING EXPENSE THAT COSTS ME TO SEND IT FROM TURKEY TO FLORIDA. BARELY OPENED THE INVESTIGATION TO SEARCH FOR IT AND QUICKLY CLOSED THE INVESTIGATION AND THE CLAIM. I REFUSED TO GET THE $100 AND STILL WANT THEM TO FIND MY LUGGAGE.

I made multiple trips to send packages and probably paid upwards of $125 to send packages. One of the people I was working with seemed not to know or care about what they were doing. I had asked to have some styro-foam filler or packing added to a box to fill in so things would not move around. Not to have someone pack the box for me. Every time I sent packages through this store, this was not a big deal. Another person, when I asked to get some packing to fill the box I had prepared, seemed very nasty. She kept telling the person at the register "make sure he is charged", "make sure he gets charged". She must have said this two or three times. I did not see her do this to anyone else that was having packages sent. All I was asking is to fill the box with styro-foam filler, so things did not move around in the box, not for the service of packing, and I was charged an extra $14 for the packing. If there was a small charge, fine. But, definitely should not have cost $14. A $1 or $2 charge for some styro-foam packing is not the same as a $14 packing service which I didn't ask for. The next day I came back to send a package and worked with someone different, and things were more along the line of what I had experienced before. They said they would add some styro-foam or other packing to the box. The next time I came back to send my final package, I had wrapped the breakable in it myself. I ended up, unfortunately, being waited on by the lady that had previously said "makes sure he gets charged" multiple times. I explained where I wanted it to send and she taped up the box as is with no styro-foam or other packing that had been offered in the past. She didn't even ask if I would like to have additional packing. I am not sure what this lady's problem with me was, but she just seemed to have a personal grudge against me, like she got away with something. Other CSR's I have worked with at this particular store have always been pleasant. I even saw a difference in attitude with other customers the days that I brought packages in. These experiences were so disappointing. I am really going to be unhappy if something in my package gets broke. It seems like customer service is just a think of the past. Maybe I should consider FedEx or DHS for a more pleasant experience.
