TL;DR: Mark just gave me the best haircut I've had in ages. 10/10, this is my new barber shop You walk into this barber shop and you know they mean business. The place is clean, and there's just short of a line out the door. There just isn't anything like a genuine barbershop, with friendly, skilled barbers and a positive vibe--and this place is the definition of that. I walked in and Mark sat me down in his chair, took one look at me, asked two questions, and in ten minutes I had a better haircut than I've had in years. He made sure to walk me through what he was doing--especially the stuff I couldn't see--and made sure I was comfortable and happy every step of the way, and wasn't afraid to make style suggestions for my overall look that I didn't even know I wanted. He even gave me styling tips on how to deal with my hair's idiosyncrasies that my other barbers and stylists didn't or couldn't elaborate on. Paired with a beard trim and eyebrow shape up, I look like I just walked off a movie set. I'll definitely be returning here, and every single five star review this place gets is well deserved! I just moved to Glen Cove and have been looking around for a good barber, after going to a couple of barbers, I came across this great business; got two haircuts so far and will be going back. The owner/barber makes you feel comfortable while getting the haircut, and even better, he gives a great cut! Don't ever go there for a haircut or a shave these guys are butchers waiting for a hot shave and the guy shave me dry never gave me a hot towel sliced my face with a single edge razor and irritated the entire neck from shaving me dry took him about 30 seconds and asked me for 20 bucks the worst I've ever seen stay away unless you want to bleed to death read more

Best barber shop in the area. Moved to the town 15 months ago and could never get a legit cut. Tried these guys on a whim and it's the only place I'll get my hair cut at. The best barber shop I have ever been to hands down. Ellan, the head barber (more of an artist) took care of me. He was very friendly and detailed in his work and even provided some helpful suggestions to improve the look of my hair style and beard.
