We were dealing with an issue with a rental property where the tenant was claiming the carpet had an issue with bugs. After a stressful period providing rent discounts and ultimately having them break their lease, we worked with Sean to replace all the carpet with LVP. Sean was prepared and very efficient with multiple samples pulled that matched our existing flooring and we were ready to have the place renovated. On the day we took keys from the tenant, we had an exterminator come investigate the home and they found no signs of any bugs in the home, under the carpet or anywhere. Given this, we didn't need to replace the relatively new carpet. Although he had already scheduled and ordered material, Sean ultimately was understanding and worked with us given the situation. Our experience with Irvine Carpet and Flooring was one of the easiest best experiences we have ever had with a house renovation contractor / supplier.
