My 4-year old carpet wasn't initially installed correctly and needed to be re-stretched. I called other companies I found on Yelp, and was given the run around and some did not even respond. Guess no one likes fix it jobs and only wants the large installs. I sent Joseph a request for estimate, he called me within 20 min, we exchanged some info, pictures of the job I needed. He asked if he can stop by to see it for a more accurate estimate. Was at my home within two hours and we agreed for work to be completed the next morning. He showed up with his worker the next morning and was able to complete the job in about 4 hours. He really took his time and kept me informed about his plan of attack and the results looks great. I'm happy with the work and will definitely seek him out when its time to completely change out the carpet. It was nice that he didn't just try to upsell me on a completely new carpet and he made every effort to keep my cost down. Looking forward to the next project together. I gave this 2 stars because the guy I was trying to work with was very friendly and seemed eager to build a rapport. But beyond that, my experience was not good. First he wanted to expand the job into something bigger than it needed to be, which of course was going to cost way more than I was anticipating. It took several days just for him to confirm scheduling, and then he texted me the morning of his scheduled day saying that he was going to have to reschedule. No explanation given, and when I attempted to reschedule, he said he'd check his schedule and get back to me. And I didn't hear from him again. I ended up hiring another company who was available the very next day, and they showed up on time, did a great job, did only the scope of work that I originally wanted done, and charged me almost half what these guys were setting me up to pay. read more

They were very responsive and communicative in beginning of project. I have to say that they did a great job. It only took about an hour and a half to re-attach the carpet that was pulled back from one wall. They trimmed the carpet to make it as taut as possible without removing furniture (which I thought was unnecessary). They charge me $350, which was on par with the other bids I got. I paid them in cash (my choice). The only reason I gave 3 stars instead of 5 is that I never got a receipt. I asked if I could get one before I handed over the cash. Joseph assured me that I would get one by email. I never got one despite at least 10 reminders over several weeks. I mean they could take a minute to do this since they got $350 for 1.5 hours work + travel time. I took it out of my rent and my landlady would like to see the evidence of payment. read more

Joseph was very responsive and personable the minute we submitted interest through Yelp to hire a carpet demo and installation company. He came out the next day to give an estimate, which also depended on the carpet chosen because prices vary. He even gave us $200 off our confirmed total if we selected his company in the next 48 hours, which was an easy and pressure-free decision for us to make. He had a crew of two people on time between the given hour window (9am-10am). The two workers were very nice and respectful. They did a great job of keeping doors closed due to one of our pets being very social and curious about going outside. They completed the job in about 10 hours (staircase, hallway, and two bedrooms) and did a walkthrough before they left. Joseph also made it a point to call us to make sure everything went well and that we were satisfied with the service. If I had a "complaint," then it would be that Joseph didn't accept credit cards; Zelle was his preferred payment method, but it honestly wasn't a big deal for us. A concern, though, was that the two workers left razorblades, nails, and unused staples out where our pets could've easily accessed them. Other than that, we were very happy with the company. We had SPC floors installed but left the bedrooms carpeted. I called several places to mend the carpets at the entry ways but no one wanted to because the SPC floors were very thin.
