It's completely unorganized and almost impossible to navigate and comprehend. Third and foremost, IT WAS THE WORST MASSAGE IVE EVER HAD! EVER! I purchased a 90-minute Swedish massage. Ken hardly used any pressure whatsoever! I asked him three different times to apply more pressure during the massage. He would for about 30 seconds to a minute and then go back to what he was doing previously. He did not massage my neck, hands or feet!?!?!?! What kind of massage is that? I had a crick in my neck that I told him about when I got there. He didn't even touch it! When I asked about it, he simply said "I did the best I could." However, once we arrived, the menu of services available at the spa was completely different from what was advertised online. It was disappointing because we chose this spa specifically for those treatments. I understand that businesses update their offerings, but the website should accurately reflect the current location, atmosphere, and available services.
