Couple months have pasted since I used them - Great service from GEOPEST! I saw 3 huge spiders in one day at my house, so immediately got on my phone and got a quote via Yelp. I usually have small spiders or black widows outside but this time there were wolf spiders - EEEK!!!! I called in and had great service over the phone. Very friendly and relayed all info clearly and throughly. Geopest was able to see me very quickly which is a big plus. I relayed I have sensitive dogs and they assured me they would be fine as long as the dogs don't touch the wet spray. Just in case, I scheduled the spray when the dogs weren't home. Spray session was quick and efficient. Eli was personable and friendly. I asked only for the outside to be sprayed. The spray dried very quickly and just as they promised - no odor. My dogs didn't even smell it when they went outside the next day. There was a spider outside my front door few days after the initial spray, and they explained it may take a week to start seeing results. They kindly returned for an additional spray for my peace of mind. It's been a couple months they spray and I've been 0 spiders outside my home, and a significantly reduced amount of the little guys inside. Eli is awesome. I've used Geopest a couple times and he is a straight shooter. He's not going to try to upsell you or sell you something you don't need, and their prices are super reasonable considering what you're paying for. We had him put a year or so ago because of a problem we were having with ants, and he gave us a couple traps to use if those guys showed up after he left and also let us know about what to expect with the boom of spiders that were coming later in the year. He is also super knowledgeable about what pests are common in your area and the challenges associated with them, and have some very useful advice on how to deal with a gopher problem I was having. We had a pretty awful ant invasion. For weeks they were everywhere in our house. We were constantly murdering them with Windex, setting out dozens of little bait discs, even laid a thick line of diatomaceous earth at the foundation. They laughed at our human stupidity. They were relentless. We later learned that the ants weren't coming from outdoors like normal ants. No, ours were esconced in our very walls! We recently bought our circa 1965 home, and like most, it required tenting to kill termites. Who knew that ants are attracted to dead termites and feed on them - like zombie-vampire ants. Last week, a bunch of ants were partying in my underwear drawer. That crossed the line for me. I broke down crying. Then I got really angry. Quick and Effective. Damn Ants! We have been struggling with an annual ant problem. Every year, from June to November, the ants have invaded our home. The internet suggested traps and powders. And said that professional pest controllers could not fix the problem. Well, the internet seems to have gotten it wrong.
