Bobby is really knowledgeable about all aspects of pesky things- ants, rats, squirrels, spiders, you name it. Being a smaller company, I feel he is way more dedicated to his clients- I was able to get our other facilities to sign up for service at their locations as well and we've all been happy and relieved that pest issues are under control and he continues to keep a sharp eye out for things. Bobby definitely looked the part, all geared up, booties on, metal pest control extinguisher ready to go but whatever be used didn't put a dent in my invasive ant problem, even when he came back for a 2nd round. 5 stars for professionalism but 0 for the "killer" spray. I was almost at a lost until I bought Amdro from Lowe's, assumed it was crap but the internet said otherwise. This is our third year with the Company snd we're very pleased. We're on a bi-monthly plan. Jason is the young man who comes to our house and he's dependable, thorough and respectful of our property and always remembers to lock up when he leaves. We have many pets and bird feeding stations in the back yard so i was very concerned that the chemicals used would not harm our critters. I recently called "Bug Bobby" with an emergency concern that I had bed bugs (yuck). Called this company after finding them on Yelp and I have to say that Bobby the tech was very nice, and his services were reasonably priced. We had an outbreak of fleas, and when he came over he took the time to discuss what he was going to do, and gave me a price better then what was quoted over the phone. I would highly recommend Harbor pest control. We are having trouble with cockroaches and Bobby came out sprayed our kitchen. He was very knowledgeable, polite, and expedient. After a little more than two weeks though we were still finding little baby cockroaches sporadically, so he came back out and sprayed again free of charge. And most importantly, he help us find the source of the Cockroaches. Turns out they were living in our coffee pot (shudder). Needless to say we went out and got a new one that same day! He showed up exactly on time and was friendly, helpful and clean. After thoroughly inspecting the house inside and out, he didn't try to hard-sell unnecessary work that might not get the job done. Instead, he clearly explained every possible issue that he encountered, and offered some free tips on specific work I could do myself to secure the house in order to prevent future problems. Additionally, the prices he did quote were very reasonable and less than I expected. My impression of Bobby is that he is honest and not out for the quick buck. It's clear that he values trust with his customers, which (I assume) pays off in the form of a lot of repeat business.
