I've been meaning to write a review of Legacy Exterminators for a couple of years now. You can see by the other reviews mine is one of the many 5-star reviews. I'd give 10 stars if I could. Everything all the others are saying is true, if anything they are understated. Simply put, Josh is the best. We first encountered him when we had a nightmare of an ant problem. No exaggeration it was a nightmare. Went from a few "Argentinian" ants one day to a whole house infestation two days later. They were literally falling from the ceiling fixtures, in every cabinet.... you get the idea. He explains everything in detail regarding how he is going to proceed, what he's going to use and starts out cautiously and conservatively only escalating if and where needed. I can't recommend Josh and Legacy enough. We had a really bad swarm of termites invade our house. I reached out to several termite companies but none were as responsive as Legacy. Last year I got a Groupon for exterior spraying for ants. When I moved in several years ago my landlord had just had the house fumigated. The ants started pouring in. When she called them and asked what I could do about the ants invading my every space they said I could just spray where they are coming from and the caulk the hole. I went through this process for many years and then I called Legacy for exterior spraying last year. When Joshua came out he said he found an a nest and killed it. I wished I had called him sooner. I have not seen 1 ant since. But I decided to call him back again this year and he said he did not see one ant but sprayed anyway! What a great service! Rats n Mice problem for 4 months. Called and paid over 4 agencies well over 3000.00 . Contacted Legacy and with in 10 minutes he discovered what the other four companies could not. The entry way to our problem. We recently had our home re-plummed and eye company accidently forgot to cover the main drain pipe outside. This was hidden behind a decorative bush and thank God for legacy between the replumbing and rat problem we had $0.00 . Professional friendly and responsive!!! I have a modest home on a large lot and I have on and off struggled with unwelcome guests of the R A T kind that take up residence in my attic. So this time on top of all kinds of construction going on at my house I knew it wasn't just me and my lazy bum dogs( worthless when it came to catching anything) residing here in my home. Just because there's no more stars, I would give them 10 or more. We were dealing with rodents for a couple of months until we noticed they were in our attic, as a result, we decided to contact an exterminator. I contacted Legacy on Easter Sunday. Joshua answered the phone, I explained my situation, and the next day Joshua and his crew were at my house for a free estimate. After he inspected the house, he explained exactly where the rodents were coming from. Then my husband contacted our landlord, Joshua then spoke to our landlord and explained to him the situation. Right away, he was setting traps everywhere and was taking care of our problem. Joshua would come every day to check the attic for rodents and would reset and set up traps. Joshua came out to my rental property one day when I turned on the heat, and smelled a dead rat. Everyone who had been in that house, my family, the handyman, the prospective tenant's all smelled either rat droppings and urine or a dead animal. But Joshua has such an acute sense of smell that he was able to diagnose the problem as water intrusion behind the wall in the family room, caused from a recent rain, and he was right! I have also used him to get rid of mice and what I love about him is that he will do it anyway you want. If you have an aversion to killing, he will use live animal humane traps and come out every single day so once you catch your critter they won't go hungry or thirsty. He basically puts his customers first and is prepared to attack the problem from a number of angles depending on what is most comfortable for the homeowner.
