I was a patient of Dr. Singh for five years, but my experience with his office ended on an…read moreextremely disappointing note. After questioning an extra charge for an eye exam during a full exam, I was abruptly dropped as a patient. Apparently, Dr. Singh does not believe in prioritizing patient care over billing disputes. When this happened, I repeatedly requested my medical records, but his office refused to provide them. Recently, I began experiencing severe pain behind my eyes and needed either to see Dr. Singh or obtain my records so I could go elsewhere. After multiple calls, it took them 10 days to respond--only to tell me that Dr. Singh still refused to see me. However, they finally decided to release my medical records after all this unnecessary back-and-forth. It is appalling that a doctor would allow his ego to interfere with patient care to this extent. A simple misunderstanding about billing should not have resulted in being dismissed as a patient, especially when I made an effort to move past it. If you want a doctor who can drop you on a whim, ignore your medical needs, and delay providing essential records, then Dr. Singh might be the right choice. Otherwise, I strongly suggest finding a physician who actually prioritizes patient health over personal grievances.

An older couple arrvied at 11:50AM and were called in at noon. 30+ minutes waiting, still not called in - that was it! I informed the front desk that I was leaving. They certainly wasted my time. Wish I could ding them for $50.

I had a great experience here for laser eye surgery!…read more My consultation with their staff was virtual which made it very convenient. They were up front with costing and the process and were able to book me pretty soon out. Prior to the surgery, I did get a phone call preparing me. During the day of, I will say it got extremely busy. I was the first checked in, did a few eye checks, and saw the doc to go over any initial questions and the process, and my eligibility for the surgery. While I thought I would go into surgery shortly after that, I ended up waiting another 2 hours before the actual surgery, so pack reading materials and patience! I was given the option to go home first but didn't want to sink more time into commuting. I'm guessing all the initial checks happen in order then all the surgeries occurs The staff was really nice about the wait though so I hunkered down in a cozy room. I also went downstairs to the first floor pharmacy to grab my eye medication and snacks while I waited (also a great friendly pharmacy). Finally, I was called into surgery and was supplied an information folder, 2 medicated drops for later, moisturizing drops, sleep glasses, and sunglasses for departure. I was really, really afraid but Dr. Roberts assured me every step of the way and I really appreciated when he held my the side of my head because I was so terrified. It was completely painless and so fast!!! I was also worried I wouldn't be able to sleep so early in the day, but my eyes felt so tired and fuzzy that all I did want to do was sleep. By night, I saw perfect vision-- a little fuzzy-- but amazing. Night time was a little bit of halos for a while but now 2 months in my life is completely improved by this. Follow up appointments are free, easy, and fast and I have taken advantage of both so far. Now I just need to stop habitually reaching for contact lens that aren't there.... PS- they accept contact lens donations as well!

Totally agree with other reviews that they have no respect on your time. Twice that I waited…read morelonger than 45 minutes. The staff were annoyed when I asked when I can see the doctor. While those arrived later than me got out before me. After I saw these other reviews, I got an a-ha moment. I felt I was discriminated or at least not welcomed at this office. I will not go back again.

The staff is the biggest joke I have ever encountered…read more FIRST They provided me with the wrong appointment time. Told me 2 pm and when I arrived said it wasn't until 2:45. SECOND I sat and waited until my 2:45 time because I didn't want to reschedule, but I didn't get seen until 3:30. What is the point of making an appointment when you don't even get seen for 45 minutes? THIRD the nurse was rude to me and got mad at me for not bringing in my contact lenses when I was never told to bring them in. And LAST the front desk girl is rude as well. Has a bad attitude that needs to leave her personal issues at home. And then I got an email 2 days late saying I missed my appointment?? What the heck are they running over there? I will NOT be coming back to that office and I do not recommend this place to anyone. It's a real shame because Dr. Yeh is actually a good and thorough doctor.

I made a last minute appointment and waited about an hour. I couldn't be too upset though since I was new and they did their best to fit me in. The followup was more-so on time. Could the front desk stand to be more professional and perhaps put away the candy crush app on her phone and be a bit more in tune with the practice? Yes! But, that shouldn't be a reflection on Dr Yeh's services. Good help is hard to find. Just my two cents. I'd recommend his practice based on the service. Also great he was conveniently located and accepted my insurance. The office is also really nice and well kept. Hope that helps with your decision on the practice. I don't think the 1-stars are a proper representation of his practice overall.

We were both happy with what she did, and how everything was explained clearly. Prescription eyewear selection followed and that was fairly smooth as well. I thought the frames selection was somewhat limited but I don't have anything to compare to currently. Overall happy with everything, and will return in the future.

Dr. Rubin is an amazing ophthalmologist whom I've been seeing for eye exams for many years…read more However, in the last couple of years, there have been changes in the office and it starts to feel different. I went in again and there was this one lady at the front desk who was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I approached the front desk to request a printout of my contact lens prescription as suggested by Dr. Rubin, she insisted I had to pay for both a contact lens exam and a glasses exam, even though I hadn't requested a glasses exam, and my glasses prescription was still valid from four months ago. I paid, but requested explanations. Despite explaining my insurance coverage and situation, she remained adamant, refusing to listen and even declined to provide my prescription print out, citing distraction from billing inquiries. She then callously added, "You contact your insurance. If nothing else I can help you. You can be out of here." When I suggested Dr. Rubin come out to explain, the lady at the front desk callously retorted, "Dr. Rubin doesn't own the business. It is what it is; you have to pay for two exams." This further added to my disappointment and frustration, as it seemed to dismiss my concerns entirely. Feeling frustrated and disappointed, I requested Dr. Rubin's presence myself, and he and another front desk staff member clarified the billing procedure and explained changes in my insurance policy. Despite this, I still questioned the necessity of double exams, especially given the recent glasses exam. While Dr. Rubin is excellent, the behavior of one team member left me feeling disrespected and dismissed, tarnishing the overall experience.
