First I want to mention how clean the office was. I know this is very important during the covid 19 status we are currently in. Making an appointment was very easy. Betty was a great help and very friendly over the phone and in person. Brandey was amazing she took care of my x rays and cleaning. We had good conversation both informative and personal. She took her time to make sure I was comfortable during the whole process. Dr. George Carr surpassed my expectations. He went over every tooth and informed what was occurring or what will occur. He gave me several different options and also his personal advice. My overall experience at this dental office was the best experience I had at a dentist in a very long time. Dr. Carr and Dr. Sadeghi go ABOVE and BEYOND for customer care and satisfaction. I've been coming to this office for years and have always had a great experience. But here comes the reason why I highly recommend this office. In 2019 I had a root canal done on my top left front tooth, which had died an untimely death. Dr. Sadeghi did an amazing job. I didn't feel a thing and the temporary crown was a perfect mirror image of my tooth. I then went to Van Hook Dental Studio to have a custom shade porcelain crown made. Came out to be $800 out of pocket. Fine. It's my front tooth, needs to be spot on! A few weeks later I went in to Dr. Sadeghi to get the crown placed. I had learned that front teeth are the hardest teeth to custom match. Once the crown was placed I noticed the shape was not a super great match to my other front tooth but the shade was spot on at the time. Summary of that story is, I settled. We all settled. I just went with it thinking "this just must be as good as front tooth crowns get." Disappointing to say the least when my temporary crown was a better match than my $800 custom crown. Fast forward to 2021: The tooth stump under the crown continued to darken after the root canal leading to the crown looking discolored. So for a long time I was self conscious of my smile. I went in for my cleaning with Dr. Carr in August. He commented on the discoloration and the shape, saying they could get a better match. This got me. I was so upset that the shape had been off the whole time and now the color sucked. I told him I felt that Dr. Sadeghi should have spoken up in 2019 if he felt the shape could have been better but really if I didn't speak up and insist, that's my fault. The doctors go off of what we give them. I should have never settled! I'm good at talking myself out of speaking up. YOU GUYS!!! Dr. Carr had my porcelain crown redone for FREE. On his own dime. After two years!! His reasoning? He wanted me to be happy. That's it. Happy with my smile and happy with my crown. If that's not amazing customer service and doesn't show his determination to put customer satisfaction first, I don't know what would. Incredible doesn't even begin to describe it. My new crown is BEAUTIFUL. I'm SO HAPPY. I saw Dr. Sadeghi through the entire process again. He was fantastic as usual. Such great bedside manner. He went above and beyond to make the smallest adjustments to the new crown to get the length/shape perfect. Van Hook did a much better job this time in creating a great match. I couldn't be happier! Such a great place! I came into this office for a teeth cleaning and from the moment I walked in the experience was great. I was brought into the back and was informed I would be getting x-rays, photos and then the cleaning would happen. Everything in the office was clean, sanitized and so high tech! The dental hygienist who worked on me was so informative and made sure my 6 month old baby was entertained by the other staff members. Dr Bui has worked on repairing two fillings that needed redone from another place I use to go. He's soft spoken and very gentle and careful! I recommend if anyone has anxiety or PTSD from other dentistry offices that you come here and ask for dr BUI (pronounced BOO-E) you will soon feel comfortable and at ease if you ask for him to be your dentist. The dental care at this practice is very strong. Dr. G deserves particular praise as her poise and willingness to explain procedures with context make what can be difficult situations much, much easier. However, I have concerns. The practice only offers ceramic crowns. They are good quality, but cost more. It would be nice to have an option. Also, though the office is knowledgeable, the customer focus level is concerning. They have a policy of charging a$100 fee for cancellations within 48 hours. At my last appointment 9/15, they asked to book my next appointment. I instructed them to book a month out. They offered 10/5. I said no, too soon. We settled on 10/18, they send a reminder that day (9/15) for the 10/18 appointment. On 10/4 I get a notification that my next appointment is 10/5 (the next day!) at 11 am. This is the middle of my workday and I know I did not agree to that timing. When I noted I would not be able to make that appointment, rather than hear me out, I was immediately threatened with the cancellation fee. This was super disappointing given the amount of time...and money...I had devoted over the last year to this place. I ended up paying the fee and cancelling my schedule. Bottom line: Good dentists, questionable customer service. You decide. read more

Came here for my first visit today. It's going to be a very long journey because I have all kinds of things that I need to get done. Dr. Sadeghi and the hygienist( forgot her name) were great. Had to get 2 teeth pulled and bone graft. They made me feel like I was a friend. Every aspect of the procedure was thoroughly explained in detail and any question I had was answered. I had been going to Dr Carr for about 5 years because it's close to home. However, this place is super shady. From the weird decor to the slide show of girls in bikinis to the actual B-list porn star looking clientele ... not somewhere I enjoyed bringing my three children. However, the most disturbing is the "quota" of 10 dental problems they diagnose you with after every visit. After 5 years and lots of pressure to get procedures done that I questioned, I finally got a second opinion on my dental health. The biggest issue was the incredibly inept work Dr Carr's office did on a crown. Severe breach of trust! Stay away unless you like getting dental work done for no reason and possibly getting a glimpse at a B-list porn star. Two stars are for hygienist Leah (the best) and receptionist Betty (the nicest). read more

Dr. Carr (and team) was the only dentist we could find for an emergency root canal for an infected and highly inflamed tooth. He fit us into his schedule, quickly diagnosed the problem and the choices for remediation. He was clear on the risks and proceeded per our decisions. He applied local anesthetic progressively to avoid making a very painful condition even worse. He then drained the abscess with an incision and root canal. Relief from the inflammation was nearly immediate. Dr. Carr, Emily, and Roxy were very professional, competent, and compassionate.
