Check in was typical but well automated and the front desk staff was refreshingly upbeat. Was referred to Dr. Bergstein by my primary, and both he & Dr. Bergstein are triathletes and extremely health conscious. After two weeks of treating my sinus infection with steroids and antibiotics and other sinus related stuff with limited success, we did a camera journey up my snoz to my tonsils. Everything but Raquel Welch (old movie reference)...sorry. Really friendly, focused and took his time for a full background and thorough evaluation. His decision was to treat from the stomach up rather than sinus down, and couple that with my nasal allergy spray. Massive improvement three days in. Grateful for the relief. Thankful for a great medical experience!

I asked if they would take me right away but said the docter is writing notes and has another patient to see.--Stay away from this place! By the way, when I made the appointment over the phone they sent me 5 emails with 5 different HCP appointments! This place run like a factory which they probably thinks is a compliment.

Isn't an allergy doctor supposed to have the serums for those substances on hand to use for those tests? Since when does the patient have to supply all these items themselves? I found this to be very unprofessional, but I went along with it. In addition to that - and subsequently not even properly diagnosing my allergy - this guy had the gall to charge me a ridiculously high amount for a plastic spacer that the drug salespeople leave with doctors as samples to give to their patients free of charge. He even said, while handing it to me "Here's something for you." only to go and bill my insurance for it! Not only did I already have one and never claimed to need a new one - but I could have gotten it at my pharmacy for no cost if I did need one. That was in addition to a number of other questionable fees and charges that were tacked on to my bill. Shoddy practice, sneaky charges, and no relief from my allergy to boot. I moved right along.

He even had medical questions for my husband and had me call him so he can talk to him. What doctor does that?? Right there and then he figured everything out. He even called to check up on her! However,…read more I think, especially for me as a woman, they placate you simply because of your age and perhaps they think you are a hypochondriac. .So, I was totally blown away, astonished and every wonderful adjective you can think of when I met Dr. Resnick for the first time. He was kind, considerate, I love that he smiled, he took every bit of time and more with me and that I appreciated. Sometimes they rush you out the door without really understand what is wrong with you. Not in this case. Even though I had a visible rash Dr. Resnick was honest enough to tell me that there were so many different kinds you can't always be sure. I was okay with that. He gave me Prednisone, which worked thank G-d, but it's when I told him that I had not slept in days that he gave me something to take so I could sleep. It was the best nights sleep in months and months. THANK YOU DR. RESNICK!!! I recommend him most highly and if I could give me a hundred stars I would. I was referred to Dr Osleeb by my primary care physician and I had zero expectations. Sadly, the day of my appointment I ran through so many issues getting there that I was pretty late, about 20 min. Despite that, the staff quickly accommodated me and got me in. Upon meeting Dr Osleeb he was very clear with me he wouldn't be able to take the full time with me that visit. He offered for me to come back or simply do a quick visit. He went straight to the reason for me being there and my goals. I was literally helpless with my allergies and miserable on and off since August. Thanks to his prompt game plan, he quickly got me medicated and introduced me to some eye drops, nose spray and a strong formula for my allergies. We will be doing a follow up appointment to do allergy testing and the full study. Excited to have found a Doctor that is willing to help, hears you out, finds a game plan and wants to work with you and is enthusiastic, clear and has great manners.
