When I asked her to write her name on the business card she had offered me to contact the head office. She had refused to accept a size exchange from shoes I had purchased the previous day. These shoes were not worn, I had the receipt and packaging intact. On a previous visit I had an issue with rudeness and unprofessionalism from Madelyn the manager. Perhaps it is built into store policy and training. Word to the wise, If you buy shoes here make sure you don't ever need to exchange them or be prepared to endure abuse and insults when you return. Three times will not be the charm for me with this store. I have a useless pair of $100 running shoes.

This seems like a large Nike store more than a factory outlet. The store is pretty large and has a…read moresolid selection. It's nowhere near the size or selection of the Nike outlet store in Las Vegas and nowhere near the deals either but deals can be found. They have all the clothing to look like or act like a jock. There are racks of clearance items which are definitely sales but not the deep discounts that you can find elsewhere. The shoes selection is also large but it has a lot of styles that look like they were kicked out of the Frankenstein collection. If you're looking to find some gems it's definitely possible here but definitely on the discounts that I thought I'd see.

The store itself is a pretty good size and they had a big display of the new "Nice" line in the front. The staff was friendly and this location even has one of the much desired clearance sections located in the back. I will definitely be returning to this location in the future, unlike the Outlet on Lundy's Lane this location offers the newest up to date releases which is usually what I'm looking for!
