All I can say is GET THE LANGOUSTINE! You'll be 100% satisfied and you'll never have it better anywhere else. Also, yes. They do have the best fish in town. Servers knew we were in a hurry and were. I've enough to take our orders early and help us get out before we missed our bus. Very cute inside, too. Would love to come here often if I lived here.

This place was just amazing! Service was friendly and informative. I ordered the haddock fish-n-chips and hubby ordered the fried seafood basket. Both were incredibly fresh and tasty. My fish was the best I've had in all of Europe! Go here-just do it!

The best fried plaice I've had since I was a child and spent my summers in west England seaside towns. We don't get plaice in the United States - light, creamy flat fish that somewhat resembles flounder but just cannot be found on the other side of the pond. In my opinion, it's the best fish for battering and frying because it's thin enough that it cooks quickly and doesn't dry out - the ratio of soft meat to battery crunch is always perfect. George perfected this in the most endearing way. Light as a feather, moist, and accompanied by perfect chips. Douse in malt vinegar, add a few generous shakes of salt, and you have heaven. Sigh.

    yum!

We had 1 battered cod and 2 grilled rainbow trouts. All of that came with rocket salad and chips, and it tasted incredible! fresh, yummy and just delightful. the waitress was super kind, too! we definitely recommend this place!

The lady was so nice to us offering suggestions and they were spot on. The best fish and chips I've had on my trip. Go there.

I don't know what was in this, and perhaps in Scotland it is how Cole slaw is made, but it appeared more like mayo soup.
