    Delicious Desayuno!

Mexican Breakfast included chips, salsa, 2 enchiladas of choice, 2 eggs cooked how you like, hash browns and refried beans. Served all day - $13.99

Nice family-owned option in Post. The club sandwich was good--but is only ham with no turkey as an option. Good portions. Very friendly service. Best of all, complimentary self-serve soft-serve ice cream! Any place with that is at least 4-star in my book!

This is a must stop restaurant when in Post. It is a family owned restaurant and looks like a dive, but don't be fooled, the food and service is excellent. The owners migrated from Greece. I tasted the Gyro. The Zaziki was one of the best I have tasted here in the US. It tasted fresh, light, and was seasoned to perfection. It was so good I dipped my fries in it. The Gyro itself was what I expected. My husband ordered the BBQ plate with two meats. I tasted the sausage and potato salad. The sausage had a nice smoked flavor and the potato salad was delicious. The restaurant offers free ice cream with every meal. The restaurant looked like it was the hangout for locals. It was very busy. The staff were very attentive and friendly. The bathroom cleanliness speaks volume. This place was super clean. I highly recommend to stop by this place while you are in the area.

    Rainy afternoon

We drove a long day and were hungry. I looked on the road ahead and saw George's Famous Food. The reviews were very good and it sounded like a place we loved in Long Beach that had Greek food so had to try it. The restaurant is at the corner of US 380 and US 84 in Post, Texas. There is parking on the sides and a Drive-Thru window in the back. The menu is diverse with breakfast, Greek, Mexican, and American dishes, Burgers, Sandwiches, Baskets and desserts. We got the hamburger steak and the Mexican special. The hamburger came with a salad and they brought chips and salsa for the Mexican special-enough to share and take some for later. The hamburger steak was huge and came with mashed, gravy and 2 slices of garlic bread for $9. The Mexican special was chips, salsa, a hard shell ground beef taco, two enchiladas (one ground beef, one cheese) rice and beans for $9.99!! The hamburger steak was a 5 and the Mexican Dinner was a 4. Service was a 4. They were very nice but it took a while to get someone for to-go containers. We would definitely return if we came back this way. I recommend George's for a good meal and lots of it!!

    The Georger Burger

We are there on the way to Amarillo and It was Amazing! The Food was Yummers Approved and The Vanilla Ice Cream was the Best Ice Cream I've Ever Had! The Service Was Amazing As Well! And The Art and Tvs made the place feel comfy. When I took my cheeseburger to go, they put a toothpick to keep it stable! #1 Place Recommended in Post, TX!

Just ok. Don't take credit cards but so have an atm. Service not very friendly and don't try and substitute anything.

Worst place ever! Rude waitress, no flexibility on the menu, no good vegetables - and they only take cash!?!?! Never again!

Not much better than a tv dinner.. The place is not clean and decor needs a major upgrade. Not much good to say about this place.
