Here's what got us to Vive: It was just a pleasant morning trip to the grocery when a driver making a sudden turn hit our passenger door. No one was injured, and we quickly exchanged insurance information. The result was the other driver's insurance took care of our repair after we wisely accepted a recommendation from friends and insurance carriers. Vive did a terrific job on the repairs, everything carefully completed with a flawless result. We were kept apprised of the repair during the time it was in the shop. I was very disappointed in the work done at A&M. I was visiting from out of town and had my…read moreexhaust break. I took it to A&M for a repair. There is a piece in the exhaust that has a 3 bolt flange at the front and rear. I even suggested that I hoped that 6 bolts and 2 gaskets would (hopefully) solve the problem. A&M only fixed the front 3 bolts and charged me 2 hours. Problem is the rear 3 bolts broke the next day on the interstate in Harrisburg, PA. Any competent mechanic would've recognized the other 3 bolts (9 inches away from the fronts) were equally rusted. Monroe Muffler was very helpful and got us on a lift immediately Made the exact same repair (3 bolts and a gasket) in 40 minutes and we were on the road again in less than an hour. So, in summation A&M either took advantage of me, charging 2 hours for a 45 minute fix and only doing a halfway repair or are very incompetent.
