Several years ago we purchased a permanent frame for our deck with a seasonal vinyl canopy that we…read moreset up in the late spring and took down again in the late fall. We were happy with this plan as it provided what we wanted as far an insect-free and weather-safe area for outdoor living. As would be expected, the canopy died eventually (2012) and to our dismay the company that had produced the frame/canopy was no longer in business. Because the canopy attaches to the frame by way of snaps that have zero tolerance for misalignment we despaired of being able to replace it. That leads me to Concord Awning. They were (and are) amazing. They produced the new canopy in 2012 to the exact size needed and then came and attached the snaps in situ such that they lined up perfectly. They provided very friendly, professional service and though the canopy was not inexpensive, it has been worth every penny. Now we have reached the point where the canopy needs to be cleaned and refinished. I'm glad to say that Concord Awning is still as friendly and helpful as they were six years ago. I'll be dropping my canopy off in a couple days for examination, repair as needed and to be sent out for the restoration process. Especially after seeing the previous review, I have no doubt that we'll once again be very happy when we reinstall our canopy next spring. If your looking for awnings or canopies, this is the first place to consider.

Since the addition of the seasonal panels that Atlantic Awning has fabricated and installed, patrons and employees have had the opportunity to enjoy our outdoor seating area all year long. Not only are the panels well made and aesthetically pleasing, but they do a fantastic job keeping the area warm and dry in inclement weather. The panels are taken down in the spring and stored and protected by Atlantic Awning, and then they are re-installed in the fall. What should have been a 2 moth lead time turned into 5 months. The awning was ordered June 2025. Installation was done 10/ 2025 following numerous emails/texts and threats to cancel. Once installed in 10/2025, issues occurred with it hitting a corner board on the house and the pitch dropped a foot. Despite immediate notification to Atlantic Awning in the fall, it has not been re-adjusted. I spent about 3 hours today with a friend trying to figure out the solution. We corrected both issues. I hate to say it but the product itself is great. The installation and customer service following the purchase is not great. Be an informed customer and beware of potential issues down the line. You probably can't depend on Atlantic Awning to make it right. Buyer beware. You've been warned!

Andy went beyond the call of duty and spoke to my insurance agent about my claim. Because of this I was able to get the entire cost of the roof covered by my insurance. He provided the necessary information that my agent requested. If he hadn't done this I would have been covered for less than half the replacement cost of the roof. I am very grateful.
