We purchased what we thought was our dream rocker recliner. A Stressless Max Moon Lg. Unfortunately after two chairs that were both defective, we asked for a refund. They did give us a refund minus the two hundred dollar delivery fee which they insisted on keeping. I guess Circle Furniture needs our hard earned two hundred dollars. Wow. Was greeted shortly after arrival. Salesperson showed me around for what I was looking for. Unfortunately not very knowledgeable about a furniture line and didn't know the origin etc After I asked several questions, after all my total purchase would have been right around $5k, the attention became less. When one major concern on the piece shown was asked they went to ask I'm guessing thier manager who showed very little concern in offering a solid answer and even coming over to see what I was questioning. I came into Circle Furniture this past weekend to look for pretty much everything, and I mean everything, for my new house. And this place had plenty of options! I was assisted by Cindy and Brad who helped me pick out my entire bedroom set and living room. I am coming back to complete my kitchen and guest bedrooms! Furnishing an entire home from pretty much a clean slate can appear extremely daunting, but Brad and Cindy relieved any worries I had. They helped me discover what I really wanted, and what worked best for my new home. This level of customer service was one of the best I have received. Thank you guys! My husband loves this store so once in a while we stop and splurge on over-priced but nicely appointed furniture. The sales staff are helpful and attentive. Our recent experience was similar, Michele, was attentive as we decided on leather stools, considered bedroom sets, lamps and ultimately purchased a sleeper sofa from the clearance room along with the stools. It was January so the sale for $100 off each $1000 was going. Our 3 items totaled $2817 so my husband went with Michele to the counter to add another stool to reach $3000 and get $300 off. Apparently, Michele and my husband communicated poorly and so we left having purchased just the 3 items and getting $200 off. [This was not clear until our delivery arrived this morning]. My husband was confused and expected 4 stools to arrive at today's delivery. I called Circle and spoke to Michele. She didn't remember our name/transaction--ok, it was 4-5 weeks ago (though we did spend 2 hrs in the store and exchanged emails subsequently). I asked about the additional stools. She reviewed her computer records as I reviewed my receipt. She reviewed line by line, admitted she had been confused by the computer system and so she thinks she under-charged us. [This was not my question, nor was it factual--we paid $2617 plus taxes and delivery which is exactly $200 off the original price]. While I tried to ascertain what had happened with the additional stools [my reason for calling], she pursued her accounting review. She indicated (a few times) that while the invoice and experience were hard for her to recollect that I got "a deal" because of her error. Also, not true. In fact, her error resulted in us getting fewer stools than we expected as well as less discount because we didn't reach the $3000 threshold. Now all of this would have been fine if she had listened and heard what I was saying. However, she was short and unapologetic, definitely in post-sale mode. Customer service was lacking. It completely turned me off. Her attempt to say "hope you enjoy the pieces" went no where as we hung up. THEN, to top it off, this phone conversation happened while the delivery people unloaded our sleeper sofa. The sofa was dirty and looked like it had not been protected in any way during transit. The legs are scuffed and one is even visibly chipped. Luckily, I have a photo of the sofa on purchase day to confirm that it was not that way from being on display. The sleeper sofa was on "clearance" but also NOT inexpensive. I have an email into the Circle Furniture Service department to see what they can do? Overall, a lackluster experience making me wary of a return--which sucks as my husband really wants the 3rd stool! AND it's robbed us of the fun of receiving new furniture =\ Come on Circle Furniture, get it together, complete the cycle of good service. It shouldn't end after the purchase is made. :( read more

Buyer beware! Think very carefully before you buy any furniture warranties with your Circle Furniture purchase. We thought we were doing the right thing when we purchased a dining room set here. The salesperson encouraged us to purchase a five year scratch warranty on our small black wood dining table. We were told if we had any scratches a service person would be sent to our home to fix it for a whole five years. What the salesperson did not go over with us was that a claim had to be reported within 15 days of its occurrence. This was also not in the nice brochure she gave us at the time. To be fair the 15 day stipulation was included in the tiniest of print with documents we received about the warranty later, but this was not at ALL the impression we were given when we bought the table. So we never saw this fine print escape clause.?Over time of course we had some scratches so we took pictures and put in a claim. Our claim was not covered because the damage was more than 15 days old. When we complained to the manager at Circle Furniture that the warranty we purchased was misrepresented she told us that scratches would never have been covered at all. It was only a gouge to the table that would be covered. We paid a big premium to buy from a high end furniture store expecting a higher level of quality and service. Never again will we buy from Circle Furniture. Update as of July 3rd: I did receive a call back from their head of sales who agreed there could be some improved training with the sales staff. read more

She is absolutely fabulous and manages the entire process I didn't have to worry about anything. Can't Express enough after years of furniture shopping, in many, many furniture stores, the absolutely wonderful experience we had at Circle Furniture, in Middleton. The quality of this furniture is top of the hilt. First time ever, after receiving a furniture delivery we didn't have to make that dreaded call back to the customer service line to schedule "the after the delivery chip and ding repair date". Don't want to bad mouth the big fancy walk through, movie watching ~ carnival type furniture stores, (won't mention names) ~ but we were done with that type of quality. This is your Go To Quality Store! Our biggest attraction was the individual attention we got from our TOP KNOTCH SERVICE Sale person and Design Specialist CHRISTINE CELLUCCI. Christine did above and beyond for us ~ from beginning to actual end. Let me share: 1. She Came to our home herself to view and measure our floor plan - shared computerized floor plans for our view~ discussed our wants and not wants for our room. 2. Met with us many times to guide us in selecting furniture that would suit our room's needs. 3. Guided us with our Fabric selection and wood choices, for our furniture and when I was overwhelmed, she was calm and not pushy. She let us choose what we loved but also suggested alot of ideas we wouldn't of thought of ourselves. 4. Followed through with phone calls to confirm appointments and delivery. 5. Showed up HERSELF, at my home, the day of delivery to make sure all was delivered and placed correctly and checked that all items were done as promised. 5. Honestly, by the end of our whole ordeal, we not only got a gorgeous, gorgeous...."Magazine Quality Looking Family Room" (which I wish I could post a photo) we gain a nice Friendship type relationship with Christine. It's so nice to know when I'm ready to purchase furniture again I can just call up Christine and just know my next project is going to be fun, exciting, enjoyable and STRESSLESS and actually come out awesome! I bought a bed from Circle a few years back at the Cambridge location and have been incredibly happy with it. My mom and I came to this location recently to browse for a few pieces of furniture and love the new store. It is big, bright and open, and I appreciate that there is a great selection of pieces to see/try in person, without the store being cluttered. The manager Cindy was super helpful, from pointing us in the right directions, answering our questions and making some suggestions and helping us pick out fabrics, all the while never pressuring us and giving us plenty of space to have fun browsing on our own. If only we had had more time! Other salespeople we interacted were similarly helpful without smothering us. I am a huge fan of the locally-made, high-quality Circle products and this is a great new store to see what they have to offer. read more

I am from NY and was in Massachusetts last week visiting a friend. I have been looking for a new sectional forever, and my friend recommended that I check this place out. I called the store and they deliver to NY so I decided to stop by. After months of looking I finally found the perfect sectional! I worked with the store manager, Cindy and she was awesome. She could not have been more helpful in helping me pick just the right pieces and finding a fabric that will be perfect in my current space. Buyer beware - Ordered a desk chair in September, in November I called to cancel noting my disappointment with their customer service. I had to walk into the store today (end of December) to actually get the refund. From such I nice store I am shocked at the poor customer service provided after the sale. read more

Circle Furniture did reach out and came to see our furniture. They confirmed there was nothing they could do about providing us with a protection plan, but gave us the names of the companies they use if we want to pay for any cleaning ourselves. We were told we could purchase a battery pack for the $1,799.00 recliner we purchased for an additional $299.00. We were told they always use electrical tape on these recliners to tape the plug from the outlet into the chair. They also told us that certain fabrics pill "like a sweater" and that is what the couch is doing which is "totally normal". They broke off a finger size piece of a sweater stone brick that they told us to rub each individual pill off the couch with and then pick off. They also assured us it was normal for the down pillows to have feathers poke out of them and that it wasn't an excessive amount - even after they picked a handful of feathers off 2 pillows and handed it to us to throw away.
