However, when my installer began to install the windows in my house, he told me that the P channel cannot work in my case. So when I called P&P to inform them that I needed to return the J Channel, the lady who sold me the material acknowledged that she had recently sold me the J Channel, only she refused to take it back on account I didn't have a receipt, never mind that they never gave me a receipt. When I asked to speak with her supervisor, I spoke with an extremely rude, belligerent man who insulted me and refused to refund my money for the J Channel that his employee had told me I had to have. Others also heard the man act a fool and were disgusted with his lack of customer service, poor demeanor and fairness. These are shady people and I urge anyone considering doing business with them to reconsider and go elsewhere. After being ripped off, I will never go back to this horrible loser for anything. I only give them a one star rating because there's no provision to rate them a zero.
