Sommer apologized for the upholsterer running late and asked me to return in the afternoon. She called me around 11:45 am, while I was on a thread mill. We agreed that I could show up at 2:00 pm. I showed up around 1;30 pm. Work to my seat covers was completed around 2:30 pm. Sommer did not charge me because I was inconvenienced. That was her words. Here are my words. I'm not sure why the original driver's seat cover started deteriorating, but with OEM replacement parts and this business's expert staff, we said bye-bye to that crummy old leather, and hello to a brand new seat. It's even more comfortable than the original. I did purchase the OEM seat covers myself, and my installation appointment was made a couple months down the road, but now I understand why.
