My current esthetician is Nichole W., and I truly can't recommend her enough. She has made significant improvements to my skin, especially to acne, which I have struggled with for decades, and some aging. I do purchase the products she recommends, because my goal is to have long-term skin improvement. However, I have noticed that Nichole is mindful that people have varying financial situations and is helpful in choosing products to prioritize in the event I'm not able to buy them all at once. I wish I could have come here during my teenage years, because at that time I took every acne medication under the sun and saw minimal improvements, while Bespoke has been able to heal my skin and keep it healthy. Beyond the skincare, I want to highlight Nichole's kindness and the way she genuinely cares for her clients. On at least two occasions I've had an appointment after going through some major life challenge and each time Nichole listened as I told her what I was going through and made my facial a place to escape everything that was going on. She also helped ensure the products I was using were appropriate for the situation I was in at the time. It might sound minor, but these days it's hard to find people that take the time to truly listen to their clients, and that's exactly what Nichole does. He's not what I would expect from a doc at a Med spa; I expected someone who was going to tell me about everything that was wrong with me and try to sell me every treatment under the sun. He did the opposite. He said, "a lot of people come in here and don't like anything about themselves, but everyone has something nice about their face. I don't care if it's only one little tooth, there's still something beautiful in everyone." Swear I'm not bullshitting. Totally unexpected and definitely got my attention. He gave really thorough explanations about why he recommended the the things he did, and all of them made sense. He also explained why I didn't need to do some of the things I wanted to, and actually made me feel better about myself before I even agreed to do anything. It might be part of a sales technique, but if it makes me feel better about what I naturally have, then I'm definitely buying in. My experience with Dr Drysdale is he wants to help me feel my best. I will definitely say he's a little random sometimes, but I don't mind at all. He asks me what I'm trying to do and helps me get there instead of pushing me to do something I'm not interested in.
