This is deeply troubling spa. I visited this spa specifically requesting a pregnancy-safe facial, and I communicated multiple times to my aesthetician that I am pregnant. I trusted their assurance that all products being used were safe for me and my baby. As a client, I relied on the spa's professional knowledge and honesty to ensure my safety. Instead, I was unknowingly exposed to treatments that could have harmed my baby. This is not just poor customer service it's a serious health and liability issue. I've visited for a medical grade facial a few times. I always feel comfortable and the service meets my needs and feels like a good value.

I came here for a last minute facial on a whim. Really needed a "treat yourself" kind of day. At $300 for their most basic facial, it was the most expensive facial I've ever received. And it wasn't the full 90 minutes. Maybe it's a better experience if you're looking Botox and other medical procedures, but I thought the facial was incredibly overpriced and- while really nice - not noticeably better than any other facial I've received. I broke out the following day and the effects of the facial didn't last as long as other facials elsewhere have for me in the past. Nonetheless, it was a clean and beautiful studio space and staff was lovely. I really debated whether to give this 4 stars, because the studio and everyone were lovely, but at $300 before tip and tax for a basic facial I think one can get better value elsewhere. read more

I'm so torn with HSC! The girls are lovely but I don't experience a personal experience when I'm here. My last med spa was a loyal / trust based experience and here, there is none of that. I've seen three different injectors, none of which remember me when I come in. Lauren is sweet but my injected lips were very lob-sided and she did not offer to fix them. Also have a sneaking suspicion that HSC upcharges because it's ridiculously priced - for minimal Botox/dysport, my bill is 2x other shops. Undecided. read more

Came here for a Moxi laser session with Brittany who was wonderful. She explained the process step by step. The appointment took one hour and started with gentle cleansing of my face (like a mini facial). This was followed by some numbing gel / cream on my face and I lied there under red light (with a pair of goggles over my eyes) for 20 minutes. The numbing is an important part of the procedure, and the cream took time to settle in. Then Brittany came back to clean the cream off my face. Before beginning the Moxi laser, she showed me what it sounded like to reduce the shock when applied to my face. It was my first time! She went for a 2 which is medium in terms of Moxi setting. She started with my forehead, apparently the worst part. Quite painful, each zap (despite the numbing cream). As the wand rolled over my forehead it felt like lot of small zaps. My skin felt super hot afterwards. She had a small fan at the ready to cool the area down. Then we proceeded to my cheeks (edge of my face first, also a painful area). Cheeks and left / right of face are less sensitive and less painful. The final bit was my nose. The laser itself took less than 10 minutes. After the session Brittany kindly prepared a chilled healing face mask (pre-chilled in the fridge), a small sample bottle of O-Live (olive) healing serum, a bottle of Lasercyn (for treating skin abrasion), and printed after care instructions. I appreciate Brittany's attention to detail. Now it is day 6 after Moxi, and the coarseness, flaking, and redness are all gone. I seem to be well on my way to rejuvenation. read more

I have always wanted to get my lips filled, even before the craze but was always scared. After doing extensive research, I decided Honey Skincare was the right place. It's super cute, clean, and the prices reflect going rate for the area (prices are online when you go to book). My first lip injection was in 2021 and I did a mini lip plump (.5ml) with Mahtab (no longer at the studio) and she was amazing. You can chose to do the dental block or the topical cream for numbing (I did dental block). The pain depends person to person, but I have a low threshold for pain so I still felt it. Fast forward to April 2022, my lips were looking a bit flat, so I decided to get them redone. Lauren is AMAZING. She listened and agreed that a full 1ml might be too much for my desired results (natural with a "I was born with good lips" look) so we decided between .5-.75 would be the amount. This time I told her I I would like to be super numb and she used topical and dental block and it was far more pleasant to get them done. I suggest calling the office and asking for pre-care suggestions to help with bruising (I took arnica pills 5 days before and no Motrin/aspirin for 5 days before, no caffeine or exercise for 24 hours before) and I had zero bruising. The before and after is 4 days apart and you can tell this place knows how to do lips well! She was also masked and everything was super hygienic.
