I send them a message and Jennifer says no worries we will take care of it. I took days off driving up there where they would say it's fixed come get it. don't even pull out and the light comes on. I made over 10 trips and I don't live close. I took off work and still nothing. i finally had to take it to a dealership where they said to take it and they would cover it being fixed. come to find out their mechanic Joe is the reason behind it. it was a simple fix. then he replaced the cyclinder heads and did so incorrectly scoring them and left out two important bolts which caused major issues in other places. which I have it all documented. they tried to be nice and cover the first small issues of $1800. then when they found out that he did the actual damage that I would have never had to deal with, I never heard from them again. another $3400 out of my pocket to have it fixed. now I know why Frankie left. That is the shittiest car lot with crap cars. They are all crooks. i don't know how they live with themselves doing this to people who work hard for their money. I don't know how they could handle being done this way or people in their family. My 16 year didn't get a car for her birthday bc of them and I had to find someone trusting to fix it right for MY CHILD TO DRIVE SAFELY!!!! Have been searching for a used sedan for a few months, specifically a Mazda6, as my car was totaled. We were concerned with the reviews here, but we were very pleasantly surprised. As soon as we got on the lot we were greeted and helped with whatever we wanted/needed to see by Oliver. We pointed out the issues we saw, and after some negotiating we were able to come to a great price. Everyone was super nice, constantly making sure we were doing well throughout the purchase. LEMONS, I tell you!! I would not recommend anyone purchasing from Georgia Auto world. I bought a 2013 BMW from them and 2 months later I found out that it's a total lemon. At the point of purchase, I bought the extended warranty but after my car needed service the Georgia Auto World told me that they do not honor that specific warranty. Are you kidding? The same warranty that they sold me 2 months ago. Also, the customer service at Georgia Auto World was great when I was purchasing my vehicle but when I had an issue on that same vehicle they turned very unpleasant. The customer service I have received since purchasing my vehicle at the end of May 2107 has been horrible. I have called countless times regarding paper work needed to secure license plates and I have not received it as of today July 5, 2017 and the temporary tags expire 7-10-17. The waited until the last possible minute to mail me the paperwork needed. I more than likely will not receive it on time. They would not have mailed it at all if I did not continue to call. Chris sold us a junkie truck. He made it sound so great and answered all our concerns and was so attentive when we were debating on getting the truck but this dealership was the exact representation of what they warn you against in tv shows with the smooth talking con artists. We even bought the warranty which doesnt cover oil leaks which our truck has and the dealership wouldn't fix (they said it was just water burning off the engine) and they lied about fixing the sensor lights for the tires (he never even got in touch with the mechanic). This is by far the shadiest low love auto salesman EVER! This snake sold me a car after I totaled out my convertible Lexus. The Insurance company issued sent them a check directly but they lied for weeks saying they never received it. They did this because I insisted on paying off the car in full but it would benefit the snake sales rep if I finance it. They parter with a company and get money if you finance rather than pay out right. I went to the shop insisting they hand over the check from the insurance company and for 3 hours they swore they never got it; I called the insurance company in front of them and I'm one minute they said oh here it is we'll send it to the bank. That was back in November iso in January the bank has contacted me saying they never got the check. I rushed to the bank where we called them directly and they sent one one with a blank check to pay but instead when they got there they said they were not authorized to pay the late fee which they incurred but they would get authorization and mail it out that day; it's June and they still have yet to sign over the check; I'm taking legal action. read more

I am extremely frustrated with my vehicle purchase through GA World Auto. The company does not follow up, does not follow through and honestly says enough to get you out the door and off the phone. The staff is extremely helpful and speedy to getting you out for test driving, paperwork and purchase. However, if you are in need to discuss anything further its always a hassle and a struggle. Let me share my experience. Mid July of 2019, I purchased a Benz C300 which I daily regret... Since having this vehicle two tires needed to be replaced (in that time we found a cracked rim), windshield wipers replacement, front and rear brakes and now an entire power steering pump, balls and bearings for my steering wheel. I've had the car less than 3 months and have spent more in repairs than the car not itself. I understand If the cars are certified like they say maybe I am just unaware of what this checklist is to have a vehicle pass a certified inspection. Once I found out about my fuel pump I called GA World Auto for assistance with repairs. Initially I was told they would insert the new pump IF i ordered the part and purchased it myself. I have now ordered the part which I was totally okay with however once I called back again to set up a day to tow my vehicle to the company...the option had changed and they are no longer able to place the part in my vehicle because their sales manager was quitting. They didn't even offer an option to insert the part if I paid them. Firstly, I've gotten the run around from many of the employees from day one. I never received my CarFax Report. The day I bought the car the guy helping me with finalizing paperwork couldn't even explain all the documents and what they meant for the buyer. I also heard a conversation via phone from two employees not realizing that I was still on the line. The conversation was very inappropriate and basically the guy was telling the other employee that this was their mess and their sale so they needed to "deal with me". I DO NOT, I REPEAT - I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!!!! Unless you are interested in having a car note and auto repair note frequently. P.S. Went to pick up my car after the first issue with my brakes and went on the premises to find the entire leasing trailer unlocked with tons of peoples info and paperwork just hanging. There was no employees in sight or on the lot. However I waited about 10 mins and two employees came back to the lot. I bought a car from this dealership 2 MONTHS AGO. The other night the oil pressure light came on. I pulled over and called a tow truck - the 2010 Buick Enclave now needs a new engine. I called the dealership to talk options and they will not even talk to me. They give me the run around "owner out of town", "finance guy doing things", "I'm the only one here", even after I speak to others. Do NOT trust GA Auto World. Do NOT purchase from them. I bought a used 2010 Subaru here in August. I was assured that it had been "checked by their mechanic" and that it was in great shape. Within the first few weeks I had it I had to get the AC fixed ($500). When I called to tell GA Auto World, they said "we gave you coupons for some services"... Now, less than 4 months after purchasing, my thermostat has gone out, head light has gone out,($350) and now I am being told that the alternator and spark plug need replacing, and the alignment is out, needing new struts and springs.. totaling a whopping $3000. This is absolutely ridiculous. Now I will be forced to sell this POS and start from scratch minus the $6000 that I already sunk into it. We purchased a 2010 Toyota Sienna mini van on Sunday, 27-August from a very nice and professional sales lady by the name of Nicole. She went to lengths to make sure we had as much information as possible on the vehicle before we drove 3 1/2 hours from Columbia, SC to see the van. We had agreed on an "out the door" price before leaving from Columbia. We saw the van and purchased it and were told that the tag would arrive in the mail in a few weeks, but everything that needed to be paid had been paid. Please understand that the part I'm about to write does not indicate any negative feelings toward Nicole, as she was very helpful and professional, but I believe she unknowingly did not disclose the fact that there would still be additional property taxes to be paid before the tag and registration could be issued. Fast forward to 15-September and a bombardment of texts from "Rashi" and very unpleaset phone calls with the sales or finance manager, Stanley. Once they discovered that the property taxes on the van needed to be paid to receive the tag/registration, they expected me to pay this, which would have been ok if this was the original agreement, but it was NOT! I was told very clearly that I had paid EVERYTHING necessary to obtain the van and the tag. I explained to Stanley that his refusal to discuss this or provide a reasonable solution would result in a very negative review, but he said he wouldn't be "threatened" into paying taxes that HE feels are MY responsibility. Again, if this had been discussed or disclosed during the sale, I would have NO issue, but it wasn't. I sincerely believe that Nicole was unaware of this, but I do hold the dealership responsible for supporting any agreements made by their sales staff. They wouldn't even let me speak to Nicole after telling me she was there. She called me back very briefly and suddenly said she needed to hang up and call me back in 3 minutes. She never called back and when I asked Stanley if I could speak with her, he said I didn't need to speak to the sales person. This only indicated to me that she had confirmed what I had told them as far as the bill being paid IN FULL with NO other payment required. I would suggest NOT doing any business with what I feel is an unscrupulous sales / finance manager. My husband and I drove over 1.5 hours to look at at van. When we were 30 minutes out, we received a call stating the keys were missing and we would not be able to test drive or get into the vehicle. They offered us a 30 day warranty and to drop ship it to our house. I had been in contact with the customer service representative for 3 days. I even called on our way to make sure the vehicle was still available and the rep said yes and she had it pulled up for us. Clearly, this was a lie because the keys were missing. We have spent nearly $5000 trying to fix the faulty car they sold us. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! Went to dealership and looked at the car that I wanted. After talking with Nicole the sales associate, she priced my trade in which was fair and we discussed a final price. The price seemed a little too high for me so I told her I wanted to go back and collect my thoughts and come back a couple of days later to purchase. A day later I send her a message about financing options and we discussed what i could do. I go out and get the money I need. I get a text later in the day saying that she priced my trade in too much and that I told her something different. Absolutely not, she had all of the information on my truck and everything to the last detail in order to give me a quote. I've priced my trade in on KBB multiple times and the quote they gave me matches that, but they felt greedy about the deal. I'm disappointed that I do everything i needed in order to come to the dealers terms and then they change their minds at the last minute. To me that is unprofessional and throws many red flags off in my head. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE! If you like sudden changes and hassling, then this is the dealership for you. I came from NC and bought and 650i bmw had two oil leaks one which was fixed the other not so much tires were bald ask to bring down price so I can buy new tires was told no after I schedule a day for them to fix the oil leak I bought the car soon as I drove it up the road engine light came on, Turn my ass right around told them to fix it they said it will be done by Monday's next week (today's Friday), gave me a run around it's now Friday of the following week car and was told the car is ready but it's hasn't been shipped off yet. I have just bought an F350 from here and had a good experience. The product seems good and the service was great. They even fixed several areas of damaged upholstery before I came to pick it up. My only complaint was that they had also agreed to fill the fuel tank, but did not. Whether it was intentional or an over sight I do not know, but he did tell me they put in a little bit, but given how much it took to fill I am not sure I believe that.
