I called prior to driving 45 minutes due to this being the closest location, i simply asked if they are taking only certain things at the time to prevent loading my car with all that I had & I was told no we take all seasons and anything in good conditions with all parts. fast forward to when i arrived I was told to sign in on the tablet, once i did came back with all of my things , spoke to the lady again & then I left . I got a call 5 minutes later and was told they needed me to return because they didn't get a copy of my license. I then waited 3 hours to be notified my sale was ready & arrived to be told " oh we have a lot of these items already" . We had one hot wheel toy in the trundle. So it was not the weight. We pulled the trundle out by the handle so it was not the way we pulled it out. The trundle broke in less than a month of having the bed. I paid around $1000 for the set including the warranty which was a joke. Months later, the bed broke. My kid is 40 pounds, concluding the bed is made of cheap material. Rooms to Go deceived me in thinking this bed was sturdy and reliable which it was not the case. The warranty company was worthless. It took months for them to even view the bed. The inspector that came even said it was cheap quality and most likely a manufacturer fault. Once the inspector left, the warranty company did not call back for weeks. I had to call them to see what the delay was. They denied the claim. Thus changing what the inspector told us. I bounced back and forth between the company and the warranty company Because they were both tell me different things. This has been an awful experience for myself and my family. The bed had a three year warranty in which they still refused to fix or provide a refund. Currently looking to take legal action. If anyone else had similar issues, please reply to this post. I will never buy anything from Kids Rooms to Go again. I would advise anyone reading this to go to Havertys or Ashley's.

You'd probably need to ask for help with them because they are difficult to get to and look at since it's all stacked on top of each other and behind other furniture. They also have some fabric and books, but not nearly the quantity they used to. Lots of electronics and dishes, cups if you need any of that! Masks are required and they have Lysol wipes and hand sanitizer at the entrance. There is a sign saying you must have a cart with you in order to control how many people can come in, but it wasn't enforced at all.
