My husbands elbow was bothering him so he told the doctors and they adjusted it! No more pain. He has planter fasciitis, so in addition to back, neck, and hip adjustments, they also adjust his feet at every visit and it helps! If he misses an appointment, his body lets him know. I had severe pelvic and hip pain during pregnancy. I started chiropractic care at 28 weeks and was able to function the rest of pregnancy. Additionally, I had an extremely fast (5 hours) labor which I attest to chiropractic adjustments helping my body and baby line up properly. I started taking my baby at 1 week old for slight torticollis and difficulty latching while breastfeeding. It helped soo much! Adjustments for babies are almost like massages some their bones are only cartilage at this early age. Chiropractic care in babies can help drain fluid from ear infections, help colicky babies, gassy babies, everything! We are full believers in Southside. Great educational videos on the benefits and science behind nervous system importance parallel to cardio vascular system. Best thing is the efficiency of service...you can get in and out usually in 15 min, no appt needed. They do the full scope of manipulation, but their go to is the little rubber pop thing which generally seems to do the trick. They are big on "come back in two days... So we can continue to retrain your spine to stay align after years of injury and neglect. " They have treatment plans and payment plans and progress tracking with x-rays....but they never really update your records with real info from the visit. Regular visit not in a plan is $45. I have been waiting to give them a review because although my original purpose for starting a treatment plan was addressed, I seemed to develop other issues. This could be explained by the straightening of my spine that then through my hips out of whack... I wasn't seeming to make the progress there and even they trying to lose my x-rays to being different and showing improvement, I really couldn't tell it. So in 2020 I decided to go to a friend of mine as a chiropractor, traditional treatment... Where they ask you what's wrong and address that particular thing rather than a standard treatment that's the same every time. You have to make an appointment and usually the visit goes 30 to 45 minutes because they include time on the bed that rolls the ball along your spine. But then I had a shoulder injury that wasn't seeming to improve due to a pinch in c5 and I thought let me just give a couple of weeks here at the end of 2020 back at Fuller and see if they could fix this thing before having to go back to an orthopedic. So returning to Fuller after a year and a pandemic in our midst, I was startled to see very few staff wearing masks...even receptionists and no barrier. They had "clean & dirty" pen jars, and self check sheet on fever etc, and one girl who wiped down the chiro bed in-between patients, but I never saw them clean the waiting room. Only about 1 in 5 patients had on masks. The amount of patients had dropped dramatically so social distance is easy. So here is why they lost stars in my review and why I am doing this review now. I probably would have given them 4 instead of 5 just because they don't live up to the "miracle" of chiro care they profess...coming off of all meds, rid you of indigestion, etc...very good, but not that good even after 2 years and a couple thousand of dollars in fees. Why they lost 2 stars. During my last visit I finally got up the nerve to ask the current doctor (Dr Fuller is at a different location these days) why he didn't wear a mask. I would have been satisfied had he said something along the lines.... As a natural healing office we focus on immunity and prevention with good practices. I've been in the medical field for 20 years and have never worn a mask and never gotten sick. You respect our patients that want to wear masks, we just don't think it's necessary.... And leave it there. I'd still have to think hard about continuing...having reevaluated their method of service versus the traditional method of my chiropractor friend, But unfortunately this particular doctor (don't recall his name, He isn't on the website or on their Facebook page with any announcements of his joining the team in December) didn't stop there.... He proceeded to basically parrot every conspiracy theory: *covid-19 not being as contagious as they say, *masks being actually bad for you to wear, *the death numbers are inflated, *it is fake news that ERs are maxed out, *98.9% survival rate means It isn't even as deadly as the regular flu, *If you don't have co-mobidity of health issues and old, and keep your immune system healthy, you aren't at risk and therefore no need to take precautions. WOW. My parting comment to him was how impressive the coordinated effort was to get all those countries, and all those hospitals and doctors and nurses, and all those families sharing their stories of loss and long-term lingering effects to come together to fake the rest of us out so we wouldn't go out to restaurants etc, or visit family, or have professional team sports... Right. COVID 19 pandemic is fake news. See ya, wouldn't want to be ya. 2 stars.

Delays and frustration are caused by the antiquated and inefficient computer programs that had constant malfunctions. Why bother with the online pt forms when you get to do it all again, via print and sign? The owner was my chiropractor yesterday, for a new patient visit to help my very painful, acute flare up. She was abrupt, loud, and doesn't seem to understand that we patients are not her employees or children. She needs work on soft skill training, active listening, TONE, humility and patient respect. Her loud voice, large and in charge persona, with fake valley girl accent, was jarring on my nerves, as I sat in pain, waiting for relief. I assumed she was a new chiropractor with the practice due to her flippant attitude and lack of professionalism. I had no idea she runs the place until my 2nd visit today. When i made the appointment, i was assured i would get treatment of at least 4 modalities. I waited on her to finish with other patients, as I sat in an exam room with zero sound proofing, on an uncomfortable chair without support to my back. I could hear it all! I have no business knowing the private health of other patients. She did most of the talking, at them, with mindless and loud chatter. All about her, her family and her holiday celebrations. As each one completed their less than 3 mins of treatment, she would loudly crow, "remember to wear an ugly xmas sweater when you come in next time!" Many ppl do not celebrate for reasons of their own, find holidays pagan or depressing. Chronic pain can limit the ability to party. I refuse xrays for noninjury, chronic inflammation but she pushed her hard sell and I said maybe in a future visit, if medically indicated. She asked questions and made comments that showed she did not listen to hear what I just told her and that she didn't bother to read my on line form nor the thorough assessment, that was just completed, by one of her kind employees. All clearly stated I am a double below knee amputee. When she saw one of my prosthetics showing at the bottom of my pant keg, she said, "oh I see you're a single amputee" :/ Finally, after a two hour visit, without xrays, she told me she was too busy to manipulate my painful spine and scheduled me for today with a different chiropractor in her office. I didn't know until today, that the lowest performing employee i saw in 2 days was actually the owner! I am sad for her employees and patients who must suffer her grandiose narcissism and unprofessionalism. Today, the treatment included, no warm up to my thoracic spine, no tens nor rollers. A dropbtable was used for my lower back and one crack between my shoulders and all done! That's all I was allowed for today. I'm betting my chart was marked for disobedience to the xrays! I do not support businesses that seem to care more about attention seeking and volume billing, than helping my pain after spending TWO HOURS there yesterday and coming back in again today for what should have been done yesterday. I got zero relief. U R FIRED. Zero stars
