Staff is truthful and honest. For instance, someone dropped their drink and they remade it with no problem whatsoever. It's hard to find a coffee place like that. Some of the food items can appear high in price but other than that, they were good.

The shop has a periodic influx of traffic but it wasnt distracting. The decor is dark, moody and hardly gets natural sunlight, which is a drag. The baristas were friendly in a unbothersome way. Study hall vibe check: 9/10

I absolutely fell in LOVE with this coffee shop in the city!…read more My friend and I decided that after lunch we would find a nice coffee shop to sit and enjoy the rest of our work day! I always say that when you are able to find front parking, also, you are exactly where you are meant to be, and somehow some way, we found just that! We both ended up ordering their wedding cake latte, that we later found out that changes colors based on whatever wedding they are hosting in the hotel they are located in. HOW COOL! The latte was FANTASTIC! I love when a coffee shop serves it in glass when you are deciding to sit for a bit! It felt so welcoming! I also decided to order their pound cake which was FANTASTIC! SO moist and perfect with my latte! However, the true star of the show has to be the ambiance! It's located in downtown in the Adolphus hotel and it is STUNNING inside! You truly get a city coffee shop experience at OTTO's! They had plenty of chairs and tables, as well as plugs! Which made our visit that much more great! Overall, I highly recommend it, and I will definately be back!
