This store was well staffed, mostly organized and is located right off the freeway exit. I do have issues at certain stores when I return an item purchased online. As soon as I walked in, I showed the cashier the return barcode in my email as Christina stood by. The cashier was in training and Christina walked him through the needed steps to make the return. Christina knew exactly why I was showing him the barcode. I did not get the third degree like I do from other store managers. This was the fastest non hassle return ever. Christina had such a positive energy and you can tell she cares about her job because she kept smiling. Keep providing great customer service! This is what makes us customers happy! Thank you.

They had more deals indicated with red or yellow price stickers than I'm used to seeing at TJ Maxx, including many heavily discounted candles, discounted notebooks, and there were also a lot of CeraVe and Cetaphil moisturizing creams and lotions. The selection of items was decent, the main pain point was just the amount of time it took for checkout.

I browsed and grabbed shoes I was interested in as I waited about 10 minutes for the transaction to finish. Neither of the other two associates asked if I needed help, while I waited for the primary associate. She asked to assist once she finished and I showed her several shoes I was interested in. She began looking up shoes in my size. The previous customer returned because he was given two different shoes. The associate who was helping me stopped helping me and began helping the previous customer. I waited another 10 minutes and kept browsing selecting other shoes, while they sorted things out. The primary associate eventually came back to me. Once she came back to me she told me the price of one set of shoes. I informed her that I was interested in several of the pair I placed on the counter. She looked for the shoes but didn't have the sizes. I went to try and find more shoes. Instead of continuing helping me she casually started working on a store matter (not helping another customer). This is when I decided to leave a review.... One of the other two associates greeted me and asked if I needed more help. I asked her if she could have helped me the entire time and she didn't respond. Instead, she begin helping me but she didn't know how to work the store's system, the two other employees didn't know the store address to set up a delivery for ordering shoes, something the primary associate offered. The primary associate did not offer any help to associate who tried to assist me. Eventually I gave up. This location has a nice layout and probably a decent selection when not impacted by holiday shopping, but the service is severely lacking. I DO NOT recommend.

You will find posters with San Francisco related prints along with tote bags. Fleetwood is also an art gallery and also has screen printing workshops. This is a good place to shop for clothing that is artistic which has a connection to San Francisco. There was nothing unusual or inappropriate about his attire. The employee refused to give her name but her tag said something like Elaya. She raised her voice during the interaction and mocked him regarding having to return to work. The overall tone was dismissive, hostile, and demeaning. As someone who has endured cancer treatment and lives with visual impairment and disability, my partner already faces challenges that most customers do not. No customer should be subjected to ridicule, public embarrassment, or refusal of service because of their appearance, disability, or personal circumstances.
