About mid afternoon I received a call that the watch was ready and the repair charge was $5!! I asked them to repeat the amount to confirm what I thought I had heard. I was finally contacted for pickup and they handed me the ring and found they had coated the rings multiple stones with some kind of poly substance that totally distorted the appearance of the gems. Went back an hour later to ask what they had done to my ring and was told that it was there to protect the stones. I asked to have it removed and they complied. The whole epoxy to protect the stone was a scam to attempt to cover up the fact that the opal they replaced has a noticeable chunk missing from its face. I won't even go back there to wage my complain, no telling what I might get back in another month. If you care about your stuff, take it somewhere else.
