I've been riding with Gerardos since I was 16 and I am now 41. I have never had any issues and the ride has been safe each time.

The worst transportation company ever!! When you called, you give these people your address and they give you a tariff, but then they charge you more just because. I paid $80.00 for my wife and son from The Bronx to Allentown, PA... then the van who pick you up in the Bronx charge you $15.00 extra just because and the other van at drop off charge you another $15.00 and if you don't pay they will start cursing you. I called the company to tell them what happened and they just said that this is ok. read more

Let me start by saying I have never actually used their service however had the pleasure of almost getting killed by one of their drivers. I was on rt78 in NJ and this driver WAS OUT OF CONTROL. literally cutting everyone off, I had to slam the brakes to avoid a bad accident with their van. I channel Eriks comments here. Their drivers try to run everyone off the road. I don't know how anyone could be comfortable in a van like that. Not to mention the time they made a turn and nearly flipped over. The windows are also completely BLACKED out. Extremely creepy. read more

This service has been a part of my family travel partner for years! My dad lives in north providence, R.I but we my siblings and I live with mom in south philadelphia, PA. For less than about 100 dollars each my siblings and I traveled back and fourth from mom dad house! $25 each way is deal!! I met someone who lived in the bronx, for me to drive there roundtrip, tolls, gas and parking its about $100 most of all time.Customer service isn't too good on the phone, honestly they get flooded with calls and CANT keep up with the demand!! You also need to speak Spanish, almost no one speaks english who works there. The drivers are usually ok, but for $25 each way to pick up My friend at her apartment and bring her to a shopping center 5 minutes from my home, is a true value. THE BEST WAY TO EXPLAIN THIS COMPANY IN A NUTSHELL, IS THEY ARE THE "WALMART" OF TRANSPORTATION.SO I gave THEM A 3 STAR RATING. read more

I booked a service from Philadelphia to JFK Airport which they told me would be $55 per person plus baggage $5 per........which i was okay with the picked me up @5:30 pm and took me to pick up other passengers @7:30 pm here comes another driver letting me know my fare was incorrect my fare should be $65 plus $10 per luggage because my luggage will be taking up seats. So my total fare for 2 persons from PA to JFK with 4 luggage & 2 carry on is $190.00 don't you think when they this is a rip off we left PA @8:16pm and my flight was 11 pm is this fair?????...Now to top it off they dropped us @ George Washington bridge to get into another vehicle and the driver is letting me know he is taking the local route because the company did not give him enough money for tolls for the express route.....so here we were stuck in traffic what the end of my vacation in which I also now missed my flight and had to pay $867.00 for 2 new tickets...DO YOU THINK THESE PEOPLE DESERVE TO BE IN BUSINESS........POOR POOR SERVICE oh wait did i say that they put 2 suitcases on a seat 2 on the ground by the door and 2 under the backseat..... read more

I recently used this service for my daughter to travel from New York to Camden, NJ. When my daughter was picked up from her Mother's home in NY the driver of the bus was stopped and arrested for having a suspended license. My daughter was inconvenienced for almost 1 1/2 hours by herself while the company decided to send another Chofer to pick her and the Van up, at the corner of 192 and Grand Concourse. And also being questioned as well by NYPD. No explanation was given to me as to why this company hires unfit drivers to drive their commercial vehicles. After a long day it was 5 pm my daughter was still not home from 10:45 am which was the approximate time she was picked up. I called the company and was told there was nothing they could do since this is just something that happens regularly. No apologies nothing was given. All they did was compare the situation to when a cars tire pops. read more
