I arrived back at 3 PM and the car wasn't even started and I was told it would probably be about 6:30 before it was done. I asked the receptionist why I was given a drop off service versus an appointment, she could not explain. It's not like I just walked in and dropped the car, I had a schedule date and time for over two weeks. Horrible place, if there is a next time I certainly will look elsewhere!!!!!!

Their quote was competitive with two others that I got...not the lowest, but closer to the lowest than to the highest. Everyone I interacted with was professional, polite, and personable. Then, the person told me to drop my car off for the appointment at 7:30...she didn't show up until 8 (I don't know when the service techs finally got there). They said the car would be done in a couple hours, so I went to a coffee shop next door to do some work. At 10:30 I called to check in and they said they were "finalizing some things and they should call in about 45 minutes to let me know it's done." Well, an hour later I'm back at the shop and they hadn't even taken my car back! The guy on the phone claims he didn't say what he said and that I should have known it could take all day. I asked for a ride to work (it was about noon at this point). He said they couldn't do it now but could have this morning -- I would have asked then had I known I'd miss over half a day at work! So I took my car back and left. They set me up for an appointment almost a week later, that was the soonest they could see me, apparently. Well I immediately called my insurance to find another place - told them I'd drive an hour if I had to - that could do it. They found a shop who did it the next day AND came to my car instead of doing it at the shop. Do NOT take your car here.
